We had an amazing stay at the villa! The property manager was extremely kind, pleasant, and very accommodating — we felt welcome from the very first moment. The location is great, with the city center and several shopping options close by. We spent beautiful days at the villa, and even though we visited at the end of October, the weather was fantastic — we could swim both in the sea and in the pool. We booked the pool heating for an extra charge, but it was absolutely worth it! The kids loved it, and we really enjoyed the warm water and sunshine. All in all, everything was perfect. We can highly recommend this villa!

Beautiful gardens and private pool area, not overlooked at the back, quiet location and lots of comfortable seating areas outside. Possible to walk to town but a steep hill on the way, otherwise taxis are readily available. Comfortable beds and sofas, well equipped kitchen. Table lamps in the bedrooms and living area would be good for the evenings. Communication was very good.

The villa is in a super location with great views, its an easy walk into Kalkan and not to far to walk the other way towards Porcini's, Cafe Vita and House Restaurant. super helpful team at Kalkan Escapes, nothing was too much trouble. thanks team we had a great holiday.

We've just returned for a wonderful stay at Villa Sweet. Altan from Kalkan Escapes is wonderful at keeping in touch and making the whole booking process stress free. He also helped us out a lot while we were on holiday and he and his team are professional and kind and caring. The villa itself is wonderful. It's so peaceful and spacious and the pool and views are amazing. It's glorius to watch the sunset from the top balcony. The villa is well appointed and has everything you need. It's location is great to - the shop is a five minute walk away and there are gorgeous restaurants there too. You can also have food delivered (cooked and uncooked) by a local restaurant which is great for a night in! The walk to town is easy but you can also grab a taxi for cheap and Altan can help you arrange that very easily by whats app. There are two beach clubs very nearby which are excellent. We truly had a fantastic stay and would absolute go back and certainly book with Altan at Kalkan Escapes. Thank you Altan!

A really lovely villa with an amazing pool and patio space and a very well equipped kitchen. The AC was great and the views were incredible. Would happily stay here again.

We had a lovely week in Villa Rainbow Kisla. This villa has the best view along the small track of villas. A short taxi ride from Kalkan and taxis are easy to find. The top twin is more suitable for children as the head height is low. As there were 2 of us, it didn't matter at all. The pool is superb and facilities - hot water, showers etc. are good. Altan was quick to answer any queries - and he was more than helpful in settling us in.

We loved staying in villa CapeHouse and visiting Kas. We were a big family group and house accommodated all of all perfectly. It was a magical experience watching sunset every evening from the terrace! Swimming every day the sea was a true pleasure and made our stay even more special. Pool was clean and great for teenagers. Special thank you to Mr Altan who dealt with all our requests so professionally and seamlessly and helped to make our family holiday very special and memorable. Thank you for the private catering recommendation- we loved Mr Ozan’s exceptional suppers! And thank you to Mr Hasan for dealing with our daily requests! We really enjoyed our week in the villa - we wish to come back in the future

From the very first communication with Altan our booking and stay was seamless. Altan booked our hire car, answered any questions, and we were even able to text him when we had a small issue with dripping air con (which was fixed the same day!) Altan met us upon arrival to show us around with the lovely owner who came most days to clean the pool and water the plants and take out the rubbish. We had a maid service visit half way through who changed all bedding and provided plenty of fresh towels. The villa is absolutely lovely and a home from home. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen, toys and board games for guests to use, and even some books to read by the pool! And the views are stunning. I couldn't stop looking at the beautiful blue sky and sea. I have absolutely no hesitation with recommending Altan and Kalkan Escapes to all my family and friends. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A very nice villa with breathtaking views. Parking for two cars despite the steep access. Easy walking distance to town centre although with the up-ill return you may need to use the excellent taxi service,. Whole process of booking, initial access to villa, availability of a villa manager and checkout ... all very smooth. Altan from Kalkan Escapes an excellent contact ... always available and helpful.

Hi Altan, Thank you for being so great in all the communication before and during our stay. We had a lovely time at the villa. I saw an email about feedback and thought I would message you as I didn’t know if the feedback would go in the public domain. I want to stress that we had a great time but there were some negatives… Overall the villa is lovely - very clean. The rooms were spacious and the outdoor area was a lovely place to spend time. We could have done with some parasols for the sun loungers as it was hot. The only other place we found it a bit of a pain was the kitchen as we cooked a lot for the 6 of us. The bottom right hob doesn’t work and the pans easily fall off the hob as the metal grates move - we found it a little dangerous. We would also have benefited from a microwave. Be aware the fan didn’t work in the oven, even though it said it was fan assisted. The only other negative was that while there were lots of plates and bowls, there needed to be enough wine glasses for 6. Also we needed more utensils to stir pots when cooking. It was a lovely stay but I thought the feedback would be useful. Have a great day ahead! We are just home now to rain! Best, Sarah

This villa is exactly as the photos show! The view is breathtaking and uninterrupted. The pool is huge and there is ample outdoor space (we are a party of 5 adults and 5 children). There are quite a few things which need fixing but nothing that would stop you enjoying your stay here. The communication with Kalkan escapes was exceptional. I contacted them always by WhatsApp and had a reply within minutes every time both before and during the holiday. Location is good with a 15 minute downhill walk to local beach club (best one for kids in my opinion), local supermarket is 9 minute walk (downhill) and a few nice restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Cabs and food deliveries are also readily on hand and easily contactable. Old town can be reached in 5 mins by taxi and never more than TRY 220. Kalkan is such an amazing place you couldn’t fail to love it. We will definitely be back!
