This is a lovely spacious villa in a great location- just a short walk to the town centre. We only used a taxi once and that was because it was raining. It feels very private and is not overlooked by other villas. The indoor pool, sauna, hammam and games facilities were great when the weather wasn’t the best. The outdoor pool area and barbecue is wonderful with beautiful views. We had a wonderful time and Altan at Kalkan Escapes was really helpful both before and during our stay. Highly recommended.

We recently spent our holiday at Villa Montana and it exceeded all our expectations. The villa itself is amazing. It is exceptionally spacious, so we had plenty of room to relax. The views from the balconies were gorgeous, as was the view from the infinity pool - loads of stunning sunset photos!. The sauna got loads of use as did the pool table. Also, the hospitality was great. The service from the villa manager, Altan, and the caretaker, Ahmet, was nothing short of excellent. They were attentive, incredibly welcoming, and ensured everything was perfect for us throughout our stay.

Beautiful accommodation, very well kept. Everything was new and looked freshly painted, There was a few things that could have been better, towels etc not matching, bedding left in wardrobe. The house its self was lovely, great living cooking and pool space and first floor room and bathroom perfect. The second floor has a fairly substantial sloped roof meaning the only part that’s fully standing height is at the bed side drawers. Roof terrace and balcony space were lovely additions, basic but what you would need. The main staircase is spiral which although looks lovely doesn’t have a hand rail so really have to take care when going up and down. Facilities were great and the host was incredible - we had 4 adult guests and felt it was a bit snug - the outside area has 2 sun beds and a seating area for 4. The pool as well has a step down before your at water level and then steps into it but no hand rail for getting in or out. Over all - lovely stay - I would book again if it was for 2 people.

We stayed at Villa Montana from 10 to 17 October, booked through Kalkan Escapes. The villa was clean and well kept, the view is stunning, and the pool was crystal clear and heated, even after three days of rain. Altan from Kalkan Escapes responded quickly to all our requests and helped us plan activities, and Ahmet, the caretaker, cleaned the pool and outdoor area every morning. A few minor downsides: there was no sound system apart from the one in the cinema room, despite the listing, and none of the fitness equipment worked (a great excuse to skip workouts and sleep in!). The games room and its equipment, however, really need attention. Overall, a beautiful villa with great service. Recommended!

I'd like to start by saying what a great company 'Kalkan Escapes'. From our first dealings with them many months ago, right up to the time of our visit, communication was timely and relevant. Particular mention must be made of Altan who kept in touch by email and Whats app and arranged all of the various transfers for us, even when we had to change timings at one particular point. Thanks for everything you did for us Altan. Now Villa Lovelet 2. The Villa is beautiful, modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Set over 3 floors, the villa has 3 en suite bedrooms with outside balconies on each floor with fantastic views over Kalkan bay and harbor. The ground floor balcony has the good sized pool, barbecue and plenty of loungers and outdoor furniture. We had a couple of very rainy days so the smart TV really came in handy! Nearby are plenty of shops, restaurants, other amenities and the local market. The villa is in a relatively quiet location about a ten minute walk from the town centre. Umit, the owner made us feel very welcome and was very helpful and friendly. He visited daily to keep the pool area clean and tidy. He also kept us well supplied with bottles for the water cooler. He was only a WhatsApp message away should we have needed anything during our stay. Overall, Villa Lovelet 2 provided the perfect stay and we would have no hesitation in returning when we’re next in Kalkan. Thank you for everything Umit!

This villa was perfect for our family holiday including my grown up daughters and partners. Having the pool table etc in the outside living/dining area was great fun. The views are amazing and you can walk to the town or just call a taxi who arrive in minutes. The villa manager was very efficient and sorted any problems immediately. The villa needs a bit of updating but was very comfortable and spacious.

We stayed at this lovely villa from 26th September - 12 October 26. We were greeted by Altan from Kalkan Escapes and Fatam the owner of the Villa, both very friendly. We were shown around and given lots of information about our stay. The villa is 4k from the center but had no problem getting a taxi which only took 5 minutes. The location is high up and makes for amazing views of Kalkan & the lovely sea views. The facilities are excellent, there is everything you need for a lovely stay. Kalkan escapes & the owner were very helpful during our stay & any questions & information we needed were dealt with very quickly. We would highly recommend the villa and we all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this amazing location. Thank you for a great stay.

Such a fabulous villa - beautifully appointed and finished with the most comfortable beds and outdoor spaces. We stayed here as a family group of 8 people so it was perfect for all of us. Easy reach of the town and the beach clubs made the location ideal. Super support from the agents and maintenance team - we would absolutely love to come back again.

We had a lovely stay at Sultanhan Villa. The villa itself was spotless with a beautiful pool, and the facilities were excellent. The table tennis was a really nice touch and we used the BBQ a couple of times which was fabulous. All of the rooms were so stylish and modern, you honestly couldn't fault the villa. However, there was one downside to our stay, and unfortunately it's through no fault of the villa. As a dog lover myself, I understand this is common in the area. The villa has its own gates and the owner has two dogs that live outside the property, which wasn't a problem. The issue was a stray dog that kept coming inside the villa gates which was quite aggressive and made both my partner and I feel very uncomfortable, particularly about going out in the evenings. We did manage to find a solution, but I feel if you have young children, this would not be appropriate. Despite this, we did have a lovely time and the villa itself is stunning.

Really enjoyed staying at Villa Hecky. The villa itself, the location and the pool area were perfect. Would stay back there in a heartbeat. The rooms were all great size, there were no loud noises outside. It was a peaceful haven. You can walk down in to town. Only thing I would change was a bigger kitchen bin and a water cooler rather than having to constantly have to go and get water bottles.

We have just returned from our stay at Villa Setara. What a great villa and location with walking distance to Zest very easy! The town is walkable but for ladies with anything but trainers it’s tricky - it’s a shame the local council can’t tarmac it then it would be perfect , but taxis are very easy and cheap. Altan was absolutely brilliant and organised everything for us, even having to come out one night as we locked ourselves out of the villa!!! Nothing is too much trouble for him. Great holiday and lots of lovely memories made!

I have never been to Turkey before, and I was looking for a special celebration holiday for a family of 7. I looked through hundreds of villas on the Internet but kept coming back to Kalkan Escapes as the villas they were offering looked incredible. I made some enquiries and I was put in touch with Altan. He was so helpful and he asked me what my criteria was and then sent the villas he recommended for us. He answered all my questions and at no point did he pressure me to book a villa with him. This was the villa we chose and it was everything I hoped it would be. It was immaculate, well cared for and well equipped. The views from the villa were just breath taking. We loved every second being outside and the infinity pool was something else. The rooms in the villa are stunning and the beds are so comfortable. There is air-conditioning throughout the whole villa and wi-fi also. It was lovely and quiet and the nearest supermarket was a 5 minute walk down the hill. It takes a little longer coming back up the hill, but that's Kalkan for you! There is also a fabulous cafe/restaurant called Cafe Vita just passed the supermarket which is an absolute must. The food is fantastic and the owner is such a character! Walking into Kalkan is doable and we did it a couple of times but in the August heat it's not for everyone. However, taxis are plentiful and Altan gave us a contact number for a taxi driver and they were great as we always needed 2 taxis. It's a set 300 lira from the Kalamar area into Kalkan. I knew Altan was always at the end of the phone if we needed him during our stay, but we didn't as everything was perfect. This villa was simply stunning and absolutely perfect. We had the most unbelievable special, family holiday. I can't recommend Altan and Kalkan Escapes enough and we will absolutely return one day, and I will be booking again with Altan.
