Our stay at Villa Eliza was excellent. From the moment we booked and throughout our entire stay Atlan from Kalkan Escapes was incredibly helpful and made our entire stay so perfect and easy. He was so attentive and communication was seemless, nothing seemed too much trouble to helping us get in a shop when our flight was delayed to booking and changing reservations and taxis! He was excellent. The Villa was in exceptional condition, clean, well laid out, great location and with all the extras you enjoy on a holiday. We were a group do adults and teenagers and the layout was perfect with the separate rooms and areas for the teenagers to have space. We would all 100% return and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the outset our dealing with Kalkan Escapes was exceptional. Altan was incredibly responsive, very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Villa Manila met all of our expectations. The accommodation and the pool area are great. The views are outstanding. Although it is located a little out of town, the distance is walkable and taxis are very cheap. We loved Kalkan. There are multiple restaurants with a wide selection of cuisines and prices. I would also recommend a boat trip and a visit to Saklikent Gorge.

Stunning setting, exceptionally clean and inviting with a great welcome pack , lovely pool too. We had lots of celebrations in our family and the villa made this extra special. If I’m honest the mattresses were not comfortable and hard, the jacuzzi is in need of a new surround along with the outdoor seating area around the pool, milk in the fridge would have been nice, outdoor dining area needs pads on the seats but I’m being picky there. Very hilly area so take your trainers. Nicest place in Turkey Kalkan, we’re planning to go back, fantastic food and a must is the Zest beach club amazing. Best holiday ever!!!!!

We had an incredible week at Villa Lavaya. Kalkan ecapes arranged everything for us and looked after us perfectly. The villa was outstanding, great location, no more than 5 mins to everything. we were a large group with ten kids and that were lots of areas for them to hang out in. Lovely pool, huge kitchen, comfy beds. Couldnt have been better.

A very impressive villa, with many fine usps. We had a fab holiday, not without a few issues: the fridge did not work (and you will definitely need one- the condenser was broken) we were told to unload the fridge and it will cool, which was nonsense. Also the dishwasher displayed a constant error code. In fairness to Kalkan Escapes, a temporary replacement for the fridge was arranged, and both the fridge and dishwasher replaced with new after 3 days or so. Otherwise, just a few niggles remained: the pool jacuzzi does not work, the overall the condition of the villa did not match the pictures, the glass screens surrounding the balconies and the perimeter had not been cleaned for a long time, where the villa had been painted it was splash spotted over the terrace. The villa is a premium villa, the attention to detail, was that of a landlord / owner trying to do maintenance on the cheap, shame for such a lovely villa. That said, we had a great holiday, Kalkan is superb, and in fairness: Altan at Kalkan Escapes was truly first class throughout. We'll be back to Kalkan for sure (for our 11th holiday there), would 100% use Kalkan Escapes, would probably see what other villas are available to Lapis Villa.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at Villa Paloma. It’s a great family Villa with a fantastic spacious pool and outside areas. We heated the pool to get full use of it for an 8 month old and 4 year old by the end of our break the 4 year old swam a length. The downstairs bedroom was great as we had the baby for naps during the day. I would definately book again .

Very comfortable and well appointed villa with great view and superb pool. Could do with a few things in the kitchen:- chopping boards and sharp kitchen knives. Very steep drive so not great in a full car but hey ho, a minor gripe. We had a wonderful stay. Many thanks to you all! Hugo

We have just handed back the keys to ?las (owner) reluctantly.... We are a family of 5 from Ireland and this was our first visit to Kalkan . From the very first enquiry with Altan we were confident we made the right choice and we weren't disappointed because from the moment we turned the key in the door of the Villa it just got better & better. Ulas met us personally and greeted us with a much appreciated welcome pack of food to see us through the first day. The Villa is pristine and the games room came into its own when the sun set on a day by the pool . Everything is within walking distance, we did however have a car which I would personally recommend to anyone staying in Kalkan as the hills are incredibly steep, not for the faint hearted or unfit, in the summers heat. We have stayed in a number of Villas across Europe and I would put Villa Moonset right there at the top with the best of them ??????????

A great villa with stunning views over Kalkan & fantastic outside space. Description & photos are accurate reflection and Altan from Kalkan Escapes and Serkan the villa manager were very helpful and responsive to our questions about the area, where to eat. Serkan also delivers refills for the water cooler, usually within the hour! There are beach clubs & restaurants within easy walk &/or short taxi ride. Taxi ride into Kalkan for more restaurants but they are cheap and easy to find. We never had to wait more than 10 mins for pickup from villa and there are lots of taxis on the rank in Kalkan for the return journey. Be aware that end of May / begining of June is Olive Fly season. These are tiny, biting flies that are active in daytime. Normal insect repellents deter them as long as you know the tiny flies need deterring! We found out the hard way!

A wonderful villa in a lovely location. The villa is clean and airy with fantastic views. Altan and his team were extremely helpful and sorted everything we needed including airport transfers. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed for one week 13th to 20th June 2026 with friends. The apartment was just what we needed for the six of us. Lovely & clean throughout, well appointed kitchen with decent sized fridge/ freezer, gas oven & hob plus microwave. Kettle & toaster. Decent sized TV. Pool was a little cold at this time of year as it wasn’t in the sun all day, later in the season this wouldn’t be problem though. Altan & the owner Ali were great & would have sorted any issue had we experienced any. We had a great time. Located in our opinion in a perfect location close to amenities & only a five minute walk to town. Would definitely stay here again.
