We have just returned from our stay at Villa Setara. What a great villa and location with walking distance to Zest very easy! The town is walkable but for ladies with anything but trainers it’s tricky - it’s a shame the local council can’t tarmac it then it would be perfect , but taxis are very easy and cheap. Altan was absolutely brilliant and organised everything for us, even having to come out one night as we locked ourselves out of the villa!!! Nothing is too much trouble for him. Great holiday and lots of lovely memories made!

I have never been to Turkey before, and I was looking for a special celebration holiday for a family of 7. I looked through hundreds of villas on the Internet but kept coming back to Kalkan Escapes as the villas they were offering looked incredible. I made some enquiries and I was put in touch with Altan. He was so helpful and he asked me what my criteria was and then sent the villas he recommended for us. He answered all my questions and at no point did he pressure me to book a villa with him. This was the villa we chose and it was everything I hoped it would be. It was immaculate, well cared for and well equipped. The views from the villa were just breath taking. We loved every second being outside and the infinity pool was something else. The rooms in the villa are stunning and the beds are so comfortable. There is air-conditioning throughout the whole villa and wi-fi also. It was lovely and quiet and the nearest supermarket was a 5 minute walk down the hill. It takes a little longer coming back up the hill, but that's Kalkan for you! There is also a fabulous cafe/restaurant called Cafe Vita just passed the supermarket which is an absolute must. The food is fantastic and the owner is such a character! Walking into Kalkan is doable and we did it a couple of times but in the August heat it's not for everyone. However, taxis are plentiful and Altan gave us a contact number for a taxi driver and they were great as we always needed 2 taxis. It's a set 300 lira from the Kalamar area into Kalkan. I knew Altan was always at the end of the phone if we needed him during our stay, but we didn't as everything was perfect. This villa was simply stunning and absolutely perfect. We had the most unbelievable special, family holiday. I can't recommend Altan and Kalkan Escapes enough and we will absolutely return one day, and I will be booking again with Altan.

We have just returned from the most perfect holiday in kalkan. The villa was spacious beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The outside space and pool were more than we expected. The views took my breath away. Kasim the house manager kept the pool spotless for us and was very helpful with getting everything we needed he was very kind and helpful. Being such a short walk to both beach clubs was fantastic. We did however take a cab into kalkan town as it was just a little too far for me to walk, although my family managed it without a problem. Thank you kalkan escapes for all your help during our stay we have had the perfect holiday in the perfect villa in the perfect location.

Really great Villa, high above the town of Kalkan's woth fabulous views. The villa owner is excellent amd communication was 10/10 The only complaint (and its minor) is due to the steep hills and all properties being close together getting thr car in and.out was difficult and I did feel a bit close to others.... BUT.all of these villas are the same. I would stop here again in a heartbeat. The bedrooms were huge all with large bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and bbq Lovely infinity pool with comfy loungers and shaded terrace. We didn't use downstairs games room as was just too hot in august. Thoroughly recommend

Just returned from another wonderful holiday with kalkan escapes at villa ship ahoy. I loved the flowers and jasmine in the front garden as we were greeted by Celal the caretaker. So much comfortable space in this accommodation and the views are incredible. We loved the infinity pool and choices of outdoor seating in sun or shade. The living area was cool and comfortable, perfect for some relief from the heat of the day. The service from Altan again was absolutely faultless and having him on hand is so reassuring. Highly recommend this villa.

As a family we have stayed in different Kalkan villas over the past 8 years and Villa Alkan (Yirmi) is by far the best yet. The quality of furnishings and attention to detail is excellent and the "gym" equipment is amazing. Altan has been very helpful throughout. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely ten day break as a family of four in this apartment which was clean and spacious with amazing views over the bay, plus a decent sized swimming pool to cool down in. It's easy walking distance into the town and nearby shops/supermarket. If we had any queries, they were quickly dealt with by both the owner and Altan at Kalkan Escapes, nothing was too much trouble. Nice touches on arrival such as a huge water filter bottle for us to use and bread, milk etc. We enjoyed visiting the beach clubs in Kalkan via the water taxis in the harbour and swimming in the sea, often spotting green turtles. A fabulous holiday!

We booked Villa Bay Life for our two week holiday in Kalkan. From the start, the communication from Altan at Kalkan Escapes was fabulous- the booking process was so easy. Prior to our arrival he sorted out a grocery delivery so we had a full fridge when we got there. He provided us with a wealth of great information to make our stay even better. The villas itself was gorgeous- a beautiful space that is fully equipped and very comfortable. All the fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard. It was quiet, the aircon worked perfectly and the pool was just right. There’s lots of outdoor space to enjoy as well. I would definitely recommend Kalkan Escapes for your next stay in Kalkan.

8 adults and 8 children stayed here for 1 week in August. Wow! Incredible views. Massive villa. Clean, modern and well maintained with daily pool cleaning and maintenance included. Exceeded all expectations. We will miss the infinity pool and the sunsets. Really impressed with Altan who had excellent correspondence with us. I wish we could have used tripadvisor and so I hope this review will help anyone in future- definitely book this Villa! Couple of minutes taxi £4 to kalkan or 15 mins walk over the foot bridge. We would stay here again and would also use Kalkan escapes again. Thanks for a lovely week

This was the first time we had used a villa for our summer holiday. As two families 4 adults and 4 children this villa was absolutely perfect for us and has definitely changed the way we will holiday in the future. The location was perfect, a short walk from the main town - bars, restaurants and shops. The booking process with Kalkan Escapes was super easy and Altan who managed the villa was very responsive to any queries we had and was so helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself was simply amazing, spacious, clean and so well equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. The pool area was great and cleaned regularly. Kalkan itself was the most beautiful town and we will definitely be visiting again. If you are looking for a villa in the area to sleep 8 I cannot recommend this villa enough, you will not be disappointed and you will have the best holiday.

Fantastic Villa in great location. We were a party of 6, two families with a teenager each. Villa Tekin was perfect for us with great facilities and close enough to town to walk in and out each day. Booking process was easy and smooth from start to finish. Excellent communication with the team at Kalkan escapes and Villa owner. Thanks Altan and Zyia for all you did for us. Kalkan is a beautiful resort and great for those with older children.

As a family of 4, we stayed at Villa Zafira for a week and had an amazing holiday! All the facilities were available at the villa, the pool and top terrace were the go to places for us to relax after a day out in Kalkan. This was our first holiday in Kalkan and we recommend it to all.
