We recently stayed at Blue Diamond Villa in Kalkan as a family of five, including a toddler, and had such a lovely time. The views from the villa were absolutely incredible and definitely one of the best parts of the stay. The villa itself was really comfortable and had everything we needed, with all the usual home comforts. The pool area was excellent too, and we spent a lot of time there as a family. When we arrived, the fridge had been stocked with some essentials, including cold beers, water, bread, butter, eggs, cheese, fruit and salad, which was such a thoughtful touch after travelling. This was our second time booking with Altan and once again he was brilliant. He helped us choose the villa after we told him what we were looking for, and he was really accommodating when we needed to add people to our stay, which made everything feel very easy and stress-free. The transfers he arranged for us were excellent too, with big roomy minibuses that were really comfortable, and a child seat was provided when we requested one. We would recommend his service in a heartbeat. Kalkan Escapes were great to deal with from start to finish. Any issues we had were sorted really quickly and effectively. Nazif, the villa manager, was also lovely and easy to deal with. As we had a toddler with us, there were a couple of safety things to be aware of around the top floor, but this was pointed out to us and we just avoided that area, so it wasn’t a problem for us. There are quite a few stairs up to the villa, so it may not be ideal for anyone with walking difficulties. That said, we actually enjoyed the walk each day, and the amazing views made it feel completely worth it. We had a really wonderful stay and highly recommend both Blue Diamond Villa and especially Kalkan Escapes.

We were staying in villa Alkan through the Kalkan escapes.I was very happy i chose them, the service from Altan was very nice and professional. The villa Alkan was just amazing,very comfortable, very spacious, very clean and modern, and it has everything for comfort stay. We were family of 9 people and we had a great time in this villa. We already thinking to come back in oktober)

Villa Badem was a great villa. Everything we needed and really high spec. Altan was brilliant from start to finish, nothing was left to chance. He was super organised and very helpful. We will definitely stay again and go through Altan to arrange. Thanks so much.

We had a friendly welcome on arrival, and the property is in a great location within walking distance of the top of town and supermarkets. A thoughtful hamper with some essentials was also provided, which was a lovely touch. The bedding was clean, pool towels were supplied, and the management team were responsive when we reported issues. However, there were a few areas that affected our stay. We experienced a significant number of cockroaches downstairs on a daily basis. Pest control was arranged promptly and did help to some extent, but unfortunately the issue was not fully resolved during our stay. We were also unable to lock the back patio door, and this was not fixed while we were there. In addition, some of the outdoor balcony furniture was broken, meaning we couldn’t make use of those areas. The property generally felt a little tired in places and could benefit from some maintenance and updating, particularly in the bathrooms. Overall, the location and welcome were excellent, but there are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed to better reflect the price paid before we would stay again.

Second time to Kalkan, first time to Villa Moonset. This villa is 10 times better than the last one we had. It's very contemporary, clean, and feels like new. If you are unaware Kalkan is a very hilly place. This villa does entail a bit of a climb therefore you get fantastic views over the bay. An excellent starter pack was provided by the owner and this got us through the first few days till we scoped out a supermarket. The main street and shops/harbour are a short walk away and you can get buses to Patara Beach and Kas if you haven't gone for a car. Owner kept in touch to ensure everything was ok. Overall impression of this villa is excellent, would go back in a flash.

We had an amazing stay in Villa Guney Kalkan. The villa was incredibly spacious, beautifully clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The beds were especially comfy, and the amenities throughout the villa were excellent. The location was absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views and a peaceful atmosphere that made the whole experience even more special. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and communication before and during the trip was fantastic. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Kalkan. We would definitely love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay in Kalkan. The villa was beautiful, very well equipped and maintained to a really high standard, with excellent facilities throughout. The location was perfect — peaceful and private, yet only a short distance from the town, restaurants and harbour. The host was excellent from start to finish, helpful, responsive and welcoming, and the travel and booking arrangements through Kalkan Escapes were seamless which made the whole trip completely stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and would happily return in the future.

We were a group of 13 adults who flew in from different countries to celebrate my 60th birthday together, and Villa Montana exceeded all our expectations. Everything in the villa was exactly as shown in the photos and the YouTube video. All the bedrooms and living areas faced the most beautiful views of the pool, the sea, and the city spread across the mountains. The bed linen and towels were spotless and snow-white, and the villa was maintained to a very high standard. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed themselves and was extremely pleased with the accommodation. As it was the first week of May, we requested the swimming pool to be heated, and it was wonderfully warm — perfect for relaxing and swimming every day. The sauna downstairs was fantastic, and after busy days exploring, we loved spending evenings downstairs playing ping-pong and pool together. I would also like to thank Altan from Kalkan Escapes for all his help from the very beginning, when I started exploring villas on different websites and found Kalkan Escapes. He provided clear explanations and excellent support with booking the villa and arranging the airport transfers. A big thank you as well to Ahmet, the villa manager. He is a very kind and helpful person. He always replied to my messages immediately, and whenever something needed attention, he would come to the villa within minutes after I contacted him. Villa Montana was the perfect place for a special family celebration, and we would highly recommend it to large groups looking for comfort, luxury, and breathtaking views in Kalkan.

Villa Nana and the larger villas nearby are fabulous - everything you see in the photos and much more. Very well-equipped - everything is modern and high quality - and the villas have the most fabulous views across the Kalkan bay. We loved staying there and were very well looked after by Altan of Kalkan Escapes. Kalkan has a very pretty harbour and a large number of good quality restaurants. There are excellent boat trips and within an hour's drive there are some absolutely stunning historic remains of ancient Greek and Roman cities at Xanthos, Patara, Letoon and Tlos. Plus some dramatic, mountainous landscapes with gorges and waterfalls. All in all a beautiful area to visit and the villas are the perfect place to relax.

We had a great time at the Villa Angel. Property is very well kept, spacious and spotless clean. Views are breathtaking from the top terrace. Kitchen is well stocked with any utensils you may need and the utility area is a huge plus. Altan from Kalkan Escapes as well as villa manger took no time to respond to our requests and questions. Great communication from the moment we made a booking up until we left (and after!). Cannot fault this company nor the villa itself. Very happy customers, would use them again and highly recommend.
