What a beautiful Villa. The pool is a great length and the garden is fantastic in early evening to sit in a cooler place. The maintenance was excellent daily and whilst it is steep to get to, we managed in a 1.0l vehicle with 7 in it so dont be put off. Taxi is about £5 if you don't want to drive. Good sized rooms and the view from the pool across Kalkan bay is magnificent. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Dionysus early June 2026. The villa was well equipped , clean and the pool, sun terrace and views were amazing. We have booked already for 2027 to go back. Hunt Family Uk

Second time visiting Villa Alkan which was truly amazing. Villa is conveniently located with fantastic views and yet a stone throw away from all the lovely restaurants and bars. Im sure we will be returning again very soon. Thank you to Altan for making us feel welcome and looking after us.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The two pools were a real highlight, especially the heated pool, and both were kept spotless with daily maintenance. The outdoor pool was a great size and perfect for both relaxing and swimming. The location was excellent, with Old Town and plenty of restaurants just a short distance away, making it easy to explore the area. A special mention to Fehmi and Altin, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They were always available if we needed anything and offered assistance with excursions and local information without any pressure or hard selling, which we really appreciated. Overall, this is an excellent villa for a family of four, offering great facilities, a convenient location, and outstanding hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Lovely villa. A couple of issues with minor problems due to the weather but Altan and Umit were brilliant. Responded to messages straight away helped us sort the car gave us hints and tips on the local area. Lots to do in the area lovely town brilliant service. All in all a great trip will come back!

We recently stayed at Blue Diamond Villa in Kalkan as a family of five, including a toddler, and had such a lovely time. The views from the villa were absolutely incredible and definitely one of the best parts of the stay. The villa itself was really comfortable and had everything we needed, with all the usual home comforts. The pool area was excellent too, and we spent a lot of time there as a family. When we arrived, the fridge had been stocked with some essentials, including cold beers, water, bread, butter, eggs, cheese, fruit and salad, which was such a thoughtful touch after travelling. This was our second time booking with Altan and once again he was brilliant. He helped us choose the villa after we told him what we were looking for, and he was really accommodating when we needed to add people to our stay, which made everything feel very easy and stress-free. The transfers he arranged for us were excellent too, with big roomy minibuses that were really comfortable, and a child seat was provided when we requested one. We would recommend his service in a heartbeat. Kalkan Escapes were great to deal with from start to finish. Any issues we had were sorted really quickly and effectively. Nazif, the villa manager, was also lovely and easy to deal with. As we had a toddler with us, there were a couple of safety things to be aware of around the top floor, but this was pointed out to us and we just avoided that area, so it wasn’t a problem for us. There are quite a few stairs up to the villa, so it may not be ideal for anyone with walking difficulties. That said, we actually enjoyed the walk each day, and the amazing views made it feel completely worth it. We had a really wonderful stay and highly recommend both Blue Diamond Villa and especially Kalkan Escapes.

We were staying in villa Alkan through the Kalkan escapes.I was very happy i chose them, the service from Altan was very nice and professional. The villa Alkan was just amazing,very comfortable, very spacious, very clean and modern, and it has everything for comfort stay. We were family of 9 people and we had a great time in this villa. We already thinking to come back in oktober)

Villa Badem was a great villa. Everything we needed and really high spec. Altan was brilliant from start to finish, nothing was left to chance. He was super organised and very helpful. We will definitely stay again and go through Altan to arrange. Thanks so much.

We had a super week in the villa. We were very pleased with cactus house & it was definitely the best villa we have stayed in. Sandra.

We had a friendly welcome on arrival, and the property is in a great location within walking distance of the top of town and supermarkets. A thoughtful hamper with some essentials was also provided, which was a lovely touch. The bedding was clean, pool towels were supplied, and the management team were responsive when we reported issues. However, there were a few areas that affected our stay. We experienced a significant number of cockroaches downstairs on a daily basis. Pest control was arranged promptly and did help to some extent, but unfortunately the issue was not fully resolved during our stay. We were also unable to lock the back patio door, and this was not fixed while we were there. In addition, some of the outdoor balcony furniture was broken, meaning we couldn’t make use of those areas. The property generally felt a little tired in places and could benefit from some maintenance and updating, particularly in the bathrooms. Overall, the location and welcome were excellent, but there are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed to better reflect the price paid before we would stay again.
