Villa Lavaya is a luxurious 6-7 bedroom villa that has been renovated for the 2021 season. It accommodates up to 14 guests and offers ample outdoor space for relaxation. The villa's modern glass facade with stone walls provides a seamless transition between the interior and exterior, creating an impressive atmosphere. The interior spaces are elegantly furnished with contemporary decor and feature marble floors, enhancing the luxurious ambiance. The ground floor has an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a reading area. Glass doors seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, leading to the poolside terrace. Additionally, the first bedroom, a spacious double with an en-suite shower room, is conveniently located on this level. On the first floor, there are three en-suite bedrooms: a double, a twin (which can be converted into a double), and the master bedroom suite. All bedrooms have furnished balconies with panoramic views. The master bedroom suite has glass doors that open onto a private terrace with a luxurious cushioned rattan sofa set and two swing chairs. In addition, the property features a spacious private Jacuzzi that connects to a plunge pool with a beautiful waterfall feature. The property includes two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one on the second floor and the other on the lower ground floor. Additionally, there is a media room/gym that can be used as a seventh bedroom, complete with en-suite shower facilities. The outdoor area includes cushioned seating areas, sun loungers, hanging rattan swing chairs, and double day beds, strategically placed on the expansive terraces to fully enjoy the breathtaking sea views. The villa has exceptional amenities, such as two swimming pools, an entertainment/games area with an outdoor bar, a fully equipped gym, a media room, and a jacuzzi. The saltwater infinity pool is vast and can be heated upon request, featuring a shallow section for children. From the pool, guests can relish in the stunning views of Mouse and Snake Islands, which are particularly awe-inspiring at sunset.

The pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost. Please ask during booking.

The lower ground floor would not be suitable for unaccompanied young children, although it is within the secure circumference of the property. Because it has separate access from the main house.

7.Bedroom: (Media Room) A double sofa bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This room is appropriate for older children or young teenagers, but not suitable for adults.

Living Room

The contemporary lounge is finished in cool grey colours and offers a cool relaxing space where you can entertain after long summer days. The living room features comfortable elegant sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, soundbar and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

An American style kitchen sits to the side of the living room with plenty of preparation space and modern appliances. The amenities include a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The outer terrace sits to the front of the villa facing the sea. This terrace is complete with infinity edged pool with integrated jacuzzi, outdoor bar, alfresco dining area and BBQ, sun loungers, parasols and outdoor seating. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
