The 4th en-suite bedroom is located in a separate garden annex, conveniently situated just off the outdoor dining area. The interior is completed by a warm and inviting living area and a contemporary kitchen, fully equipped for all your self-catering needs, ensuring a perfect Kalkan holiday for every guest.

The private swimming pool and terrace provide the perfect setting to relax, swim, and take in the stunning views throughout the day. The beach clubs in the area, like Kulube, Kalamar, and Lures Beach Clubs, are just a short 5-6 minute walk away. CarrefourSa Supermarket and local restaurants along Kalamar Road can be reached within an 8-10 minute walk and the town centre is a 20-25 minute walk or a quick 5 minute drive.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Garden Annex, Twin beds, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This bedroom would not be suitable for unaccompanied young children. Although it is within the secure circumference of the property, it has separate access from the main house.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A Kind size bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. 

4. Bedroom: Second/Top Floor, A King size bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The open plan living room features a comfortable sofa set, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and a coffee table. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available in the laundry room. The sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

The elegant kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, and all the essential utensils for a self catering stay. A dining table with seating for 8 is also provided.

Terrace and Pool

The villa boasts a large private swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying long sunny days.
