The villa is close to CarrefourSa Supermarket, restaurants on Kalamar Road (The Brothers, Porchini, The Kitchen by Korsan, Cafe Vita), and famous beach clubs in the Kalamar area, such as Lures, Kulube and Kalamar Beach Clubs, and it is a short taxi ride away from Kalkans' Old town.

Ground Floor

The entrance leads to a modern open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas. To the front, a fashionable wooden staircase leads to the first floor, featuring an appealing raised garden bed underneath. 

The living room is spacious, with carefully selected furnishings for style and comfort, including a sofa set, coffee table, and large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker and all the necessary utensils and dinnerware for a self-catering stay. There is also a dining table for 8 guests within the kitchen.

This level also features the property's first bedroom, which is a twin room with en-suite shower room, a bedside table, a vanity table, and a wardrobe.

First Floor

This floor houses 3 further bedrooms.

The first bedroom is a double with an en-suite shower room with bedside tables, a wardrobe and a vanity unit. Large glass sliding doors offer breathtaking sea views and open onto a private balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table.

The second bedroom is a double with an en-suite shower room with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity unit. Large glass sliding doors offer breathtaking sea views and open onto a private balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table.

The third bedroom is also a double with an en-suite shower room with bedside tables, a wardrobe and a vanity unit.

A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available on this level for the guests' use.

Second Floor

A second wooden staircase leads to the top floor where the fifth bedroom, a twin with en-suite shower room, is located. This bedroom has bedside tables, a wardrobe and a vanity unit, plus a large wrap around terrace through sliding glass doors, showcasing stunning views to the front and side of the villa. This terrace is furnished with 2 chairs and a coffee table.

The spacious outdoor area features a infinity swimming pool surrounded by a generously designed outdoor sanctuary, offering the perfect setting for relaxation and leisure. The pool terrace has sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating with a coffee table, an alfresco dining table and a BBQ.

Things to Know

Please note that access to the property from the parking area involves a large number of steps. While this may be challenging for guests with walking difficulties,a lift is available to ensure easier access to the villa.

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
