Drivers
Drivers must meet certain age requirements. For cars, drivers must be at least 21 years old, while for jeeps, the minimum age is 23. Drivers must present a full, valid British or EU driving licence that has been held for a minimum of 1 year. Adding a second driver is free of charge. The second driver must also have a valid UK or EU driving licence.
Rental Period
The rates displayed above are applicable for a hire period of 5 days or longer. The rental can begin on any day of the week, depending on the availability of the chosen vehicle. Please note that the minimum rental period is five days.
Delivery and Collection
Vehicles can be picked up and dropped off at Dalaman airport. This service operates 24/7 and is provided at no additional charge. Additionally, vehicles can be delivered to and collected from your rental accommodation in Kalkan, based on your preferred date and duration. The parking charge at the airport for hire car drop-offs is not included and will be paid by the customer.
Insurance and Legal Obligations
Our rates for car rental include unlimited mileage, insurance that complies with Turkish legislation, collision damage waiver, and government tax. This insurance policy does not provide coverage for damages to lights, windscreens, and tyres.
In the event of a major accident, it is customary to obtain the necessary reports from the relevant authorities. Drivers should acquire an official accident report from the traffic police. Drivers must also promptly get in touch with our local car hire partner and, if possible, take photographs of the accident scene and any resulting damage before proceeding with any other actions. Please note that if damage occurs due to reckless behaviour such as driving under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or by driving dangerously beyond the legal limits, the insurance coverage becomes void and all costs will be the responsibility of the driver.
