Villa Greenscape is an exceptional 7 bedroom villa in the sought after Kalamar area of Kalkan. Ideal for large families or groups of friends, the villa offers generous living space, excellent leisure facilities and beautiful sea views from the upper floors.

Set across multiple levels, Villa Greenscape accommodates up to 16 guests. Each bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room, and several rooms feature balconies that make the most of the surrounding views.

The outdoor area is particularly spacious, offering plenty of room for sunbathing or simply relaxing while enjoying the greenery and trees directly in front of the property.

The villa is located in one of the best parts of Kalamar. The nearest supermarket(CarrefourSA) is just a few mins walk, Kalkan town centre can be reached in around 20 minute walk, and popular beach clubs such as Lures, Kalamar and Kulube are approximately a 10 minute walk downhill from the property.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a bright open-plan living area, including a comfortable lounge, dining space and fully equipped kitchen. The lounge offers a modern sofa set, a coffee table and a smart flat-screen TV. The American-style kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, water cooler, and all essential utensils for a self-catering stay. There is also a breakfast bar with six stools, as well as a separate dining table. A guest WC is also available on this floor. Large sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace.

There is a double bedroom on this level with its own en-suite bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer ground floor accommodation.

Lower Ground Floor

On the lower ground floor, you'll find a dedicated games area with a pool table and table tennis, and laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This level also houses a twin en-suite bedroom, providing a quieter space away from the main living areas.

First Floor

The first floor comprises three en-suite bedrooms: two doubles with king size beds and one twin bedroom. All rooms have en-suite shower rooms, and the double bedrooms have access to a balcony with lovely views.

Second/Top Floor

The top floor is houses to the remaining two bedrooms. One is a spacious double en-suite room. The other is a generous family suite featuring a round double bed and two single beds, also with its own en-suite shower room, ideal for families or teenagers.

Both bedrooms open onto a roof terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi. It's the perfect place to unwind in the evening while enjoying views across Kalamar Bay.

Outdoors

The pool terrace offers ample space for everyone to relax, with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols and comfortable shaded seating. There is also a large al fresco dining area and a stone BBQ.

Additional Information

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

The villa's pool can be heated for an additional cost of £60 per day. As the pool requires several days to reach the optimal temperature, please request this service at the time of booking or at least one week before your arrival

A security deposit of £300 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
