Villa Supernova sits in an elevated position in Kiziltas, enjoying wide, panoramic views across Kalkan Bay towards Mouse Island and Snake Island. This spacious, well laid out and luxurious villa has been designed to accommodate up to 10 guests in complete comfort and is widely regarded as one of the finest luxury villas in the area. 

Offering both an outdoor saltwater infinity pool and a private indoor saltwater pool, along with a sauna, hammam(Turkish bath), fitness area and a comprehensive games area, it offers excellent facilities for families or groups looking for a high standard of accommodation.

Despite its elevated setting to maximise the sea views, the villa remains within easy walking distance of the town centre(approximately 15 mins), where you can enjoy the Old Town, rooftop restaurants, shops, bars, beach and nightlife. 

Ground Floor - Entrance Level

The front door opens into a bright open-plan living area with a clean, modern feel. The sitting area is arranged around a large L-shaped sofa, armchair, round coffee table and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The dining area comfortably seats eight guests, with two additional stools at the kitchen island, allowing up to ten guests to dine together when arranged accordingly. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and ample preparation space, including a fridge freezer, built-in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, sandwich maker, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, water cooler, and a five-ring gas hob with extractor fan. There is also a separate guest WC on this level.

Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace from both the living and dining areas.

A conservatory area with two chairs and a table connects the living space to the staircase leading down to the lower ground floor.

Lower Ground Floor

The spacious lower ground floor of the villa has been designed to provide both comfortable sleeping quarters and a superb leisure and wellness area. This level comprises two bedrooms together with a separate recreational space centred around an indoor swimming pool(approximately 9m x 3m, depth 1.25m), complemented by a sauna, hammam(Turkish bath), fitness area and games area. The indoor pool area is furnished with sun loungers and offers both step entry and ladder access into the pool.

The fitness area features a multi workout station, exercise bike, punching bag, free weights, yoga mats and a pilates ball. The adjoining games area includes a versatile table that can be arranged as a dining table with two benches, a table tennis table or a pool table. There is also table football and a large wall-mounted Smart TV. A kitchenette with sink and small drinks fridge completes the facilities on this floor.

Bedroom 1 is a double room featuring a four-poster bed. It offers an en-suite shower room and a freestanding bathtub positioned within the bedroom itself. The room is also furnished with a dressing table and stool, an armchair with side table and an open frame wardrobe. Sliding glass doors, fitted with blinds and curtains, open directly onto the leisure area and indoor pool.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with en-suite shower room, wardrobe and dressing table with stool. A large picture window, complete with blinds and curtains, overlooks the indoor pool area. This room benefits from a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a small table. 

This level can also be accessed independently via an external entrance from the street, secured with a key safe for convenience.

First Floor

This floor accommodates the remaining three bedrooms: a master bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room, dressing table with stool, open frame wardrobe and wall-mounted Smart TV. Sliding doors open onto the wraparound balcony, offering lovely sea views.

Bedroom 4 is a double room with a mirrored pillar feature. It benefits from an en-suite shower room, dressing table with stool, built-in wardrobe and an armchair.

Bedroom 5 is master bedroom with a freestanding bathtub within the room itself. It also features a dressing table with stool and a separate dressing area leading through to the en-suite shower room.

• Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a sea-view balcony, which can be accessed through sliding doors from both rooms. The balcony is furnished with two chairs and a table, providing a pleasant spot to sit and take in the views.

Outdoors

The outdoor area is an architectural masterclass in relaxation, centred around an infinity pool that seems to merge with the turquoise horizon. Five double sun loungers are set on wooden platforms within the shallow section of the pool, allowing guests to relax while gently cooled by the water. A ladder provides easy access to the deeper part of the pool, and two parasols offer shade. From the terrace, the views stretch beautifully across the bay towards Snake and Mouse Island.

The terrace features a variety of curated seating areas, including a comfortable outdoor sofa set and a double swing seat. Just outside the kitchen, a spacious dining table comfortably seats eight guests, with two additional chairs available. A charcoal BBQ is provided for relaxed al fresco dining beneath the covered section of the terrace. 

Additional Information

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
