Villa Neptune is a unique 7 bedroom villa in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, built around a central atrium that fills the home with natural light. The upper-floor bedrooms overlook the atrium, creating an airy and open feel throughout.

Just steps from the terrace, the private D shape infinity pool(can be heated on request) provides a relaxing spot to unwind, with sun loungers, parasols, and a shaded dining area with a BBQ for enjoying outdoor meals. The villa also features a fully equipped modern kitchen  a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven and hob, spacious living areas, and a games room with a pool table and table tennis.

The villa’s five double bedrooms feature king-size beds, alongside two twin bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. It combines spacious interiors with stylish outdoor areas, balconies, and a roof terrace, offering an exceptional and comfortable holiday experience in Kalkan for families or groups of friends.

The property is just a short 5 minute drive from Kalkan's Old Town, or a 15-20 minute downhill walk. Several restaurants and a small local market (Ekomini Samira Market) are also within an easy 5 minute walk.

Additional Information

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

The villa's pool can be heated for an additional cost of £60 per day. As the pool requires several days to reach the optimal temperature, please request this service at the time of booking or at least one week before your arrival

A security deposit of £300 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
