Villa Blue Harmony is a striking three storey architect designed villa in Kalkan's Kiziltas area, combining contemporary design with panoramic views. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the living area and bedrooms fill the villa with natural light, while balconies and terraces offer glimpses of Kalkan town, the surrounding mountains, and Kalkan Bay. Located in a peaceful setting above the town, the Old Town is approximate 15-20 minute downhill walk, or a short taxi ride for evenings out.

Kitchen - Living - Dining Areas

The villa's living spaces are open-plan, furnished with stylish Italian sofas, occasional tables, and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the air-conditioned living area provides a comfortable retreat after a day exploring Kalkan. The dining area seats ten guests on leather chairs, and the kitchen is a modern L-shaped design with a breakfast bar for two. It is equipped with quality white units, black marble worktops, an integral gas hob, oven, dishwasher, freestanding fridge-freezer, bottled water dispenser, Turkish-style tea kettle, electric kettle, sandwich maker, and all necessary cookware, crockery, and cutlery.

Bedrooms

Villa Blue Harmony accommodates 10 guests across 5 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms with king size beds and 2 twin bedrooms. All rooms feature ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. 

On the first floor, the double bedroom has a king size faux leather bed, dressing table, ample wardrobe space, and a balcony shared with the twin bedroom opposite, which has two comfortable single beds and a similarly finished bathroom. 

The second floor offers another king size double bedroom with a French balcony, alongside a twin bedroom with two single beds and a French balcony. 

The top floor has a double bedroom with a king size bed, a private bathroom across the landing, and access to a large terrace overlooking the town and bay.

Laundry facilities, including two washing machines, an iron, and ironing board located on the top floor.

Outdoors

The villa features a private infinity pool accessed via a chrome ladder, which can be heated on request (additional cost). The pool terrace has ten sun loungers with parasols, a shaded pergola dining area with a BBQ for ten, and a comfortable seating area with sofas, a four-poster day bed with flowing white drapes, and a coffee table. The surrounding landscaped gardens have automatic irrigation, ensuring a lush, private setting.

There is also a games room beneath the pool with a pool table, table tennis, and fitness equipment including a treadmill and stepper.

Additional Information

If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Blue Harmony is situated next door to the 5-bedroom Villa Horizon. The accommodation capacity can be increased to accommodate a total of 20 guests

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

The villa's pool can be heated for an additional cost of £50 per day. As the pool requires several days to reach the optimal temperature, please request this service at the time of booking or at least one week before your arrival

A security deposit of £300 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
