Villa Tepe is situated in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, occupying an elevated position that enjoys wonderful views across Kalkan Bay towards the famous Mouse and Snake Islands. Thanks to its hillside setting, the villa benefits from both privacy and panoramic sea views.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 spacious and modern bedrooms. The interiors have been designed in a contemporary style, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. Large windows and open living spaces allow plenty of natural light while making the most of the beautiful surroundings.

One of the highlights of Villa Tepe is its generous outdoor area. The expansive pool terrace provides plenty of space for relaxing, whether you prefer sunbathing by the pool, enjoying a refreshing drink, or unwinding with a book while taking in the views across the bay. The private swimming pool features Roman steps, making access particularly easy and comfortable.

Villa Tepe is located just a 4-5 minute drive from Kalkan town centre, where guests will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops, and beach clubs. This convenient location allows guests to enjoy the peaceful elevated setting of the villa while remaining close to the amenities of Kalkan.

The lounge area is a contemporary space ideal for entertaining and has a lovely sea view. It features plenty of comfortable seating, coffee table, wall mounted flat screen TV, fireplace and complimentary internet. There is an utility rooms on this floor including washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, water dispenser, coffee machine, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils / dinnerware necessary during your stay.

Garden and Pool

The pool terrace has a large swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
