A recent addition to our Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Guler is a stylish 5 bedroom villa perched in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, offering stunning views of the sea and the iconic Snake and Mouse Islands. Each bedroom is en-suite and generously sized, making the villa perfect for families or groups seeking a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

The villa features a private infinity pool and a large terrace, ideal for sunbathing or simply enjoying the view. The shaded al fresco dining area is perfect for meals outdoors, and there is a table tennis area for light entertainment.

Kalkan town centre is a 20-25 minutes' walk downhill, and a local supermarket, Kanga, is just 5 minutes away on foot.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of Villa Guler is a bright and open space, combining kitchen, dining, and living areas in a stylish and practical layout. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a central island with seating for three, while sliding glass doors open directly onto the terrace and al fresco dining area by the pool. The lounge at the front of the villa offers a relaxed space to unwind, with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table that seats eight. Full-height sliding doors on both sides frame views of the pool, mountains, and the sea. A guest WC and separate utility room are available on this floor.

The villa's first bedroom is located here: a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower, wardrobe, and dressing table with stool, which can be configured as a double if required. Sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace and pool area.

Lower Ground Floor

The lower ground floor features another en-suite bedroom, flexible as a twin or double. This room includes a seating area and a small kitchenette, perfect for guests seeking extra independence. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with natural light and open onto a semi sea-facing terrace with table and chairs. This bedroom is accessed separately from the main villa, providing extra privacy for couples, teenagers, or accompanying guests. However, this bedroom is not suitable for unaccompanied young children.

First Floor

There are three well-appointed bedrooms on this floor. Two of the double rooms each have a king size bed, en-suite shower, wardrobe, and dressing table, with sliding doors opening onto a shared wrap around balcony furnished with chairs and a table.

The master suite is a true retreat, featuring a king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, and an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub, twin basins, and a separate shower. A private balcony overlooks the sea, complete with seating for relaxing while enjoying the views.

Outdoors

Villa Guler's outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and socialising. At the centre is a swimming pool with a jacuzzi section and Roman steps, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols - perfect for long, lazy days in the sun. To the front of the villa, a pergola-covered seating area offers beautiful views of the sea. At the rear, another pergola shades the al fresco dining area, complete with seating for 10, a BBQ, sink, preparation space, and a fridge. Guests can also enjoy a game of table tennis, or wander through the garden where orange and lime trees add colour and fragrance to the surroundings.

Please note: The prices listed are for up to 6 guests. Additional guests (up to 4) are charged £150 per person, per week, during all dates.

Pool heating is available at £400 per week. Please request this at the time of booking or at least one week prior to arrival to ensure the pool reaches the optimal temperature

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change

A security deposit of £350 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
