Villa Gok is located in Kiziltas area of Kalkan in an elevated position with marvellous views of Kalkan Bay out towards Mouse and Snake Islands. The property has 5 modern bedrooms sleeps up to 10 guests. Contemporary interior and exterior of the villa offers restful environment for its guests. Especially you can feel that while you are cooling off in the pool, enjoying drinks, watching sunset or reading book on the pool terrace. 

The property is just a 5-6 minute drive from the town centre, making it a convenient choice for guests who prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle while still being close enough to enjoy everything Kalkan has to offer.

5. Bedroom: Third/top floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Please note that as this bedroom is built into the eaves, some areas have reduced ceiling height.

Living Room

The lounge area is a contemporary space ideal for entertaining and has a lovely sea view. It features plenty of comfortable seating, coffee table, flat screen TV, fireplace and complimentary internet. There is a utility room on this floor including washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, water dispenser, coffee machine, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils / dinnerware necessary during your stay.

Garden and Pool

The pool terrace has a large swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, table tennis, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Villa Gok and Villa Primavera are neighbouring properties and can be booked together, making them an excellent choice for larger families or groups who wish to holiday close to one another. Please enquire for availability if you would like to book both villas.
