Villa Ardic is located in Kiziltas area of Kalkan. It offers a seclusion, making it perfect for guests seeking privacy during their stay. It is just a short 4-5 minute drive to the town centre. The villa has great sea views, particularly from the balconies and rooftop terrace. It features 3 en-suite bedrooms, one of which includes a jacuzzi bath with glass windows for a unique experience. A cozy living room and a well-equipped kitchen ensure all your needs are met. The outdoor space is accentuated by a delightful pool terrace which hosts a private pool, sun loungers, parasols, hammock, outdoor seating and a shaded shaded al fresco dining area.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor,  A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: Second/Top Floor, A double bed and a single bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, and vanity table. This bedroom does not have en-suite facilities, which is why it benefits from the first floor bedrooms' shower room and WC.

• Please be aware that due to 3rd bedroom being built into the eaves, some areas have limited ceiling height.

Living Room

The modern living room features relaxing furnitures, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, hammock, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
