Villa Horizon is a contemporary holiday villa located in Kalkan's Kiziltas area, designed to maximise light and space with extensive glass and chrome features. Perched in a quiet location above the town, it offers a 15-20 minute downhill walk to the Old Town, with its restaurants and bars, or a short taxi ride. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the villa bring in natural light, while balconies and terraces showcase views of Kalkan town, the surrounding mountains, and Kalkan Bay.

Kitchen - Living - Dining Areas

The villa has a bright open plan living area furnished with stylish Italian sofas, coffee tables, and a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout. The dining area comfortably seats ten guests on leather chairs. The modern L-shaped kitchen features a breakfast bar for two, high-quality white cupboards, black marble worktops, an integral gas hob, oven, dishwasher, freestanding fridge freezer, Turkish style tea kettle, kettle, sandwich maker, bottled water dispenser, and all necessary cookware, crockery, and cutlery.

A laundry room on the upper floor has two washing machines, an iron, and an ironing board to accommodate family needs.

Bedrooms

The property sleeps 10 guests across 3 double bedrooms with king size beds and 2 twin bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning:

First Floor: A double bedroom with king size bed, dressing table, wardrobe space, and a balcony shared with a twin bedroom featuring two single beds and similar ensuite facilities.

Second Floor: One king size double bedroom with French balcony, alongside a twin bedroom with two single beds and French balcony access.

Top Floor: Double bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom across the landing, and access to a large terrace overlooking the town and bay.

Laundry facilities, including two washing machines, an iron, and ironing board located on the top floor.

Outdoors

The villa's private infinity pool is accessed via a chrome ladder and can be heated on request(additional cost). The pool terrace features ten sun loungers with parasols, a shaded pergola dining area with BBQ for 10, and a comfortable seating area with sofas, a 4-poster daybed, and a coffee table. Landscaped gardens with automatic irrigation maintain a lush, private setting.

There is also a games room beneath the pool with a pool table, table tennis, and fitness equipment including a running machine and stepper.

Additional Information

If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Horizon is situated next door to the 5-bedroom Villa Blue Harmony. The accommodation capacity can be increased to accommodate a total of 20 guests

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

The villa's pool can be heated for an additional cost of £50 per day. As the pool requires several days to reach the optimal temperature, please request this service at the time of booking or at least one week before your arrival

A security deposit of £300 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
