A recent addition to our collection for the 2026 season, Villa Leilah Alkin is a spacious 5 bedroom villa in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, set on an elevated hillside with uninterrupted views across the bay. It is a practical and comfortable choice for families or groups looking for a sea view villa in Kalkan.

Arranged over three floors, the villa offers generous living space and a bright, open feel. Large windows and sliding doors allow plenty of natural light inside while keeping the sea views in sight. All five bedrooms have their own en-suite shower rooms, and each room is well proportioned and positioned within the house.

Kalkan town centre is only about a 5 minute taxi ride away, placing restaurants, shops, bars, beach, and the harbour within easy reach. A local market is also nearby for everyday essentials.

Ground Floor

The ground floor offers a bright open-plan living area with a lounge and fully equipped kitchen. The space is practical and comfortable, with large doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. There is also a separate WC on this level for general use.

One double bedroom with an en-suite shower room is located on this floor. This room is ideal for guests who prefer not to use the stairs.

First Floor

This floor houses three bedrooms: two twin rooms and one double room. All rooms have en-suite shower rooms and are bright, well-proportioned and comfortable for guests of all ages.

Second/Top Floor - Attic Level

The top floor has a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a standard bathtub(not a jacuzzi). This level offers additional privacy and stunning elevated views.

Outdoors

The patio terrace is designed for relaxed days by the pool. The private swimming pool measures 10m x 4.5m, with a depth starting at 1.30m and gradually increasing to 1.80m. Internal steps provide easy access. Within the main pool, there is a separate shallow section suitable for children, which also features jacuzzi jets.

The terrace also has sun loungers, parasols, shaded seating, an al fresco dining table with a BBQ and a table tennis table, making it an enjoyable outdoor space throughout the day.

Additional Information

The villa is situated just off the road connecting to the D400 main highway. There may be some passing traffic at certain times of the day. Guests who are particularly sensitive to road noise may wish to take this into consideration
