A recent addition to our Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Kahkaha is a well presented 3-bedroom villa for up to 6 guests, located in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan. The property enjoys uninterrupted sea views and is around a 15-20 minute walk downhill to the town centre. A local market and the Mediteran Hotel are also just a short walk away.

The villa is set over three floors, offering a comfortable and practical layout for families or small groups. The ground floor is open plan, with the living area, kitchen and dining space leading out to the pool terrace.

There are three en suite bedrooms in total. Two are on the first floor - a spacious double with a jacuzzi and a twin room - both with access to a balcony. The top floor is home to the master bedroom, which also features a jacuzzi.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is open plan, combining the living room, kitchen and dining area in one bright and sociable space. Doors open directly onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 (Double, en suite)

A spacious double bedroom with a jacuzzi and access to a private balcony, with views out across the bay.

Bedroom 2 (Twin, en suite)

A twin room with two single beds, also opening onto the balcony.

Second Floor

Master Bedroom (Double, en suite)

Set on the top floor, the master bedroom offers a quieter and more private space within the villa. The room includes a jacuzzi and enjoys elevated views over the bay. Please note that, as the bedroom is built within the eaves, there is some reduced ceiling height in certain areas.

Outdoors

The outdoor area enjoys open sea views, with a private swimming pool that can be heated during the cooler months, featuring Roman steps and a surrounding sun terrace with loungers and parasols.

There is also a shaded al fresco dining area with a BBQ, along with a seating area and swing seat.

Additional Information

Pool heating is available at 2000 TL per day. Please request this at the time of booking or at least one week prior to arrival to ensure the pool reaches the optimal temperature

A security deposit of £100 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change
