A recent addition to our Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Santiago, located above Kalkan, offers great sea views from its balconies and rooftop terraces. This spacious property features 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The stylish interiors and inviting living room, complete with a fireplace, create a welcoming atmosphere. 

The fully-equipped American-style kitchen provides all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.The outdoor area boasts a private pool, along with a lovely pool terrace. Villa Santiago is a 20-25 minute walk or a 4-5 minute drive to Kalkan town centre. The closest markets, including Kanga supermarket and A101, are just a couple of minutes' walk away.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a comfortable living room with a sofa seating area, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. Sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace.

The fully equipped American style kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and kettle, along with all the utensils needed for a self catering stay.

There is also a separate laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite shower room. This bedroom also has access to the rooftop terrace with jacuzzi. Please also be aware that as the bedroom is built into the eaves, there are some areas with very limited ceiling height.

Outdoors

The pool terrace offers ample space for relaxing and entertaining. It features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a double swing, and an al fresco dining area with a BBQ.

Additional Information

A security deposit of £150 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change
