Set over three floors, the villa offers modern design, high quality furnishings, and excellent facilities throughout, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of up to 10 guests. 

One of the standout features of the property is its dual outdoor spaces, including a main pool terrace with a large swimming pool (which can be heated on request) and a stunning rooftop terrace with a private plunge pool, where you can enjoy panoramic sea views over Kalkan Bay. The villa is located approximately a 15 minute downhill walk from Kalkan town centre, restaurants, and shops.

The kitchen comes with all the essentials for a self catering stay, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, sandwich toaster, water cooler, and all necessary dinnerware.

The living room is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, a coffee table, and a Smart TV, creating a relaxed and inviting space. This floor also includes a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, as well as a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Large sliding doors provide direct access to the pool terrace and BBQ area.

Outdoors

The outdoor area is designed for both relaxation and socialising. The main pool terrace features a large 15 metre swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access. A shallow section has three double sunbathing platforms, alongside additional sun loungers for comfort. There is also a poolside shower.

The terrace is completed with a spacious shaded seating area under a pergola, a large L-shaped outdoor sofa, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ area, perfect for long summer evenings.

Pool heating is available at 20,000 TL per week. Please request this at the time of booking or at least one week prior to arrival to ensure the pool reaches the optimal temperature

A security deposit of £350 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
