Villa Abis is situated in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan and enjoys beautiful views across Kalkan Bay, offering comfortable and budget friendly accommodation.

This lovely villa features 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds and three with twin beds. Two of the double bedrooms benefit from en-suite shower rooms, while the remaining four bedrooms share three additional shower rooms.

The interiors are thoughtfully styled with modern furnishings, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout. Villa Abis is particularly well suited to large families or groups of friends seeking spacious accommodation close to local amenities.

It is located approximately a 20-25 minute walk from Kalkan town centre, where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, shops, beach clubs and the harbour.

The living room features a cosy sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating areas and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
