I cannot describe how much I loved this villa. First of all, the view. Wow. You get the joy of the sea view and town not only from the generously sized outdoor terrace and pool area, but also from the main living area and the main bedrooms upstairs. Waking up to that view in the sunshine every morning was breathtaking. The outdoor area is spacious and has everything you need. The pool is clean and also generously sized - my 12 and 8 year old sons were not disappointed! It was very well maintained during our stay and I believe the man came to clean the pool as well as the outside area early every day (but he is very quiet and you don’t hear him). The location is perfect as you are close to town and well within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants but don’t hear any road noise and it is quiet in general. You can also sunbathe on outside terrace and not be overlooked. The villa is spacious and very comfortable. The air con works well and an unexpected 19l water cooler came in extremely handy for which we ordered top ups throughout our stay. The beds are comfortable and the washing machine came in very handy. Kalkan is a fabulous place. Very beautiful with friendly locals and plenty to do. The restaurants and shops are great and you are made to feel welcome by everyone. As it is built into the hillside you get the benefit of the stunning views from lots of places and angles. Overall, this is the best villa we have stayed in on any holiday and we will definitely be back. Finally, I cannot complete this review without mentioning Altan at Kalkan Escapes. He is an absolute gem and a total pleasure to deal with. He is super responsive and helpful. His insight and communication made everything go so smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and he is a lovely man who is wonderful to deal with. Could not thank him more. Thank you Altan, Villa Leo Kiziltas and Kalkan Escapes for a wonderful holiday.

Villa Badem is ideally located in a quiet part of the old town just minutes away from the centre of Kalkan. The villa is spacious and clean with a lovely outside area. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing and a great place to sit and have an evening drink. Altan was very welcoming and gave us lots of information about Kalkan and the villa. He was always available and very accommodating. He made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property & Its management.

We stayed in Villa Setara with our 3 teenage children for 11 nights. We all loved it! Stunning location & uninterrupted sea views, peaceful setting whilst close to beach clubs and Kalkan town. The villa is impressive- spacious, modern, stylish & well maintained. The pool’s a good size & the splash pool with sunbeds a bonus for keeping cool. Plenty of comfy sun beds & shade too. Outdoors was well maintained with regular visits to clean the pool & garden. A mid stay villa clean was also welcome. We visited nearby beach clubs - Zest (large pool, DJ night on Friday, great cocktails) and Palm (trampoline & large float in the sea which the kids loved) - both served delicious food. Kalkan is a short walk but it is steep & it was very hot! So we tended to get a taxi - 200 lire/£3.60. Most taxis can fit 6 passengers. Food everywhere we ate was fresh & tasty, and we loved the roof top settings & views. Would recommend Lal, Salonika, Kalamaki and Sade. Tesoro Pizzas deliver & are delicious. Most shops take sterling, euros & Turkish lire & offer discounts for cash so it’s worth taking some. Plenty of fake designer goods in the shops & market. It was my birthday when we were there & the restaurant we ate at (Salt & Pepper) actually let off fireworks in the bay! Quite something! The kids said it was their best holiday they loved how friendly everyone was. Thanks to Altan for making the booking process so easy, arranging our airport transfer & for meeting us on arrival at the villa. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Primavera! The infinity pool overlooking Kalkan was absolutely stunning - the perfect place to relax and watch the sunsets. The villa’s layout was ideal for our group, especially for the four teenagers who had their own space downstairs, complete with a TV room and pool table to keep them entertained. From start to finish, everything was smoothly arranged through Altan, who was incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble - he answered emails and WhatsApp messages promptly and made the whole experience hassle-free. The only downside was the comfort of the beds - all of them were very firm, and the pillows weren’t great either. That said, it didn’t spoil what was otherwise a wonderful holiday.

Perfect home for a fabulous holidays. We are a family with 3 children's (14-10-10) We have enjoyed, 10/10 home, swimming polo's and game area.

Well this villa was a stunner! The outside space and views are exceptional. So many different areas to relax in outside. We really appreciated the quality of the furniture in both the outside and inside spaces which was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Allan who manages the villa was there to greet us on arrival and communicated with us throughout our stay which we really appreciated. The locations was perfect for us in a quiet part of town but there were a few bars, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would highly recommend Villa Vogue and Kalkan Escapes for their outstanding service and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you Alan and team

The villa is a great size for 6 people - it is not big but has plenty of space and is clean. The location may not look ideal but there is a shop 25m away and two bigger supermarkets less than 5 minutes away. Altan (the Kalkan Escapes rep) is excellent and there when needed. The only downside is the villa requires some maintenance - there are a number of bathroom fittings that are broken so do not function as they should (e.g. shower head that do not stay in position, taps that spin and need to be firmly pushed to operate) and there were broken sunbeds - also the finish is second rate in places (e.g. pool tiles wonky and some falling off). This is disappointing but did not ruin our holiday.

The positive of this villa is the great location. Short walk into the top of town plus great sea views There is a great large outside space and inside plenty of amenities (cups, cutlery etc) Downsides: Although maintenance requests were responded to quickly by Altan (thank you), overall the villa is in a poorly maintained state. Many of these issues should have been checked before we arrived as they were completely obvious; Many lights out, sinks hanging off wall, a wasps nest in one room, cracked chipped paint, green slime in upper pool, curtains hanging off, huge hole to outside above the front door. The top floor pool was in such a dirty state, it was unusable which was really sad given we made this choice of villa based on having the waterfall We also had to request the waterfall element be switched off as it just soaked everywhere on the bottom floor which became a hazard for everyone and meant we had to walk in and out of the villa via a bedroom rather than the intended patio doors. There was only one sunbed on the upper deck and two rusty seats which meant we didnt even use the upper space to sit outside of the pool either. Overall we were really disappointed with this villa. Its in a higher budget bracket and given the issued we encountered, wasnt value for money. We wouldnt return unless all maintenance had been thoroughly reviewed.

We had a fantastic week in Villa Maris - great location so could walk to small supermarket/restaurants and beach club. Taxis easy into town/harbour area. We were only 5 and enjoyed the extra space. Few maintenance issues sorted promptly. Pool was perfect size and temperature. Amazing views across the Kalamar bay.

Beautifully maintained Unobstructed views Good position, within walking distance to local markets Definitely need a taxi to get back up to the villa but a managable walk into town, even with a pushchair Communication with maintenance team excellent Downsides: Seemed to be surrounded by owned villas or turkish residents who were all extremely loud, from all direction, throughout our weeks stay The top bedroom is in need of a refurb- very hot up there (although does have an amazing roof terrace) The villa outside spaces are overlooked from behind and one side although once at the very fromt of the property it does feel private

We had a lovely stay thank you. The villa is beautiful and we loved it. That view is incredible and the new sun loungers and garden furniture were great. Mustafa was so helpful and responded very quickly to anything asked, as did you so thank you. A couple of things… - the kitchen really lets this villa down. It is dated and not well equipped. The utensils were either broken or old and not really functional. There are few serving dishes and limited equipment for cooking- scissors, measuring jug, sharp knives etc. The dishwasher is hanging out the wall at a strange angle. The villa is luxurious but the kitchen is not - there should be decent plastic glass -ware to use around the pool- children’s cups are not ideal for adults and as such glasses are used around the pool which could lead to a problem if one gets broken - we would expect basics such as toilet roll, washing up liquid, washing up sponge etc to be provided in a villa charging almost £500 per night. There should be cleaning more than once in 10 days and definitely a change of bed linen which wasn’t done. Drinking water should be provided free of charge and if not, there should be clarity about it/arrangements for paying - most of the chairs for the outdoor dining table were broken on arrival- the armrests need screwing back in - some warning about the access road and its steepness should be given in the villa information - we would have booked a more powerful hire car had we known. Another wonderful trip to Kalkan . Nice villa with stunning , uninterrupted , panoramic views. We have been travelling to Kalkan for a number of years but the last two times with Kalkan escapes have been the best because of the wonderful and attentive service given by Altan . He is a credit to the company and makes the process seamless and can’t do enough to help. He is the reason I will continue to use this company for my future villa bookings in Turkey . Thank you Omar
