Living Room

The luxurious lounge has a perfect relaxing area complete with comfortable furnitures, coffee table, wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, iron, ironing board, complimentary internet, air conditioning  and separate WC. The lounge is at the ground floor and opens out onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen

An open plan kitchen sits on the ground floor adjacent to the pool and combined with the living room. This room is equipped with an indoor dining area and modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven , hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required during a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The upscale pool terrace offers all you need to enjoy outdoor living. At the front there is a private infinity pool fringed with sun loungers, parasols, a swing. To the side of the terrace, there is a pergola shaded outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table, BBQ and table tennis. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
