Villa Vista, situated in the elevated Kordere district of Kalkan, is a characteristic stone building. It is a 5-minute drive from Kalkan town centre, restaurants, shops and beach clubs. 

The villa has 2 bedrooms, each with its unique features. The master bedroom features a jacuzzi and a balcony with fantastic sea views. The twin bedroom features a beautifully furnished pergola-shaded terrace overlooking Kalkan Bay. The living space and kitchen are well-appointed, and a table football can also be found in the living room. 

The pool terrace offers a secluded design for guests seeking privacy. It has a refreshing swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols and a delightful al fresco dining area.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living room features a comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, al fresco dining table and a BBQ. An attendant also cleans and maintains the pool area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean. 

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
