A recent addition to our Kalkan sea view villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Aldeniz 1 is a beautifully presented 2 bedroom villa offering a good degree of privacy, a private swimming pool, and uninterrupted sea views across Kalkan Bay. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the villa is ideal for couples, small families, or friends looking for a peaceful stay within easy reach of Kalkan town centre, which is just a 8-10 minute drive away.

The villa is situated next to Villa Aldeniz 2, making it a great option for families or friends who wish to holiday close to each other.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a bright and airy open plan living area with a comfortable lounge, fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining area. Large sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace, allowing plenty of natural light and making the most of the stunning sea views.

First Floor

There are two bedrooms on the first floor: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and a jacuzzi, and both enjoy beautiful sea views.

Outdoors

The villa offers a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a comfortable seating area, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ - perfect for relaxed evenings with a sea view.

Additional Information

The final 500-600 metres of the road leading up to the villa is fairly steep and not asphalt. Therefore, if you are planning to hire a car; an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

Please note that there are a large number of steps from the parking area up to the property, so it may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change
