Villa Voyage is a newly added villa located in the peaceful Kordere area of Kalkan. Positioned in an elevated setting, the property enjoys wide sea and mountain views while offering a quiet and private atmosphere, ideal for guests looking to relax away from the town centre. It features a private swimming pool with stunning sea views and offers games facilities, including table tennis and table football.

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 en-suite bedrooms. It is designed for comfortable group stays, providing a practical and spacious layout throughout. Kalkan town centre, along with restaurants, shops, the harbour, and beach clubs, can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is arranged as a bright open-plan living space, combining the lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The lounge features a comfortable sofa seating area, a coffee table, and a flat screen TV, with large sliding doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and all the necessary cookware and tableware. A dining table for 8 is also positioned within the same space. There is also a separate laundry area on this floor, which includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Outdoors

The outdoor area is fully private and well designed for outdoor living. A 10.5-metre swimming pool sits at the centre of the terrace, offering open views of the surrounding landscape. The sun terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and a comfortable seating area.

There is also an al fresco dining table and a BBQ for outdoor meals. For additional entertainment, table tennis and table football are available on the side of the villa.

Additional Information

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

Given the elevated hillside setting of the Kordere area, we recommend hiring a 4-wheel drive or SUV vehicle for easier access to the villa and the surrounding area
