Villa Yuce 1 is located in the Kordere area of Kalkan, offering a combination of modern design and luxurious amenities. This villa features 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests comfortably. One of the standout features of Villa Yuce 1 is its breathtaking sea views, which can be enjoyed from various vantage points throughout the property, including the living areas and outdoor spaces. 

The villa has a range of upscale amenities designed for relaxation and leisure. You can enjoy a sauna, Turkish bath (hammam), an private swimming pool (which can be heated for an extra charge), and a jacuzzi. The thoughtful layout of the property makes it particularly suitable for conservative families, providing privacy and comfort in a modern setting.

The villa is situated just a short taxi ride of under 10 minutes from the centre of Kalkan, where various restaurants, shops, and beach clubs are available.

Ground Floor

The villa's ground floor features an open-plan layout that maximizes space.This floor comprises the living area, kitchen, and dining area.

The living area features an L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a large wall-mounted smart TV. The sleek kitchen with beige colours features the most modern appliances such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, sandwich maker, oven, hob, Turkish coffee machine, dining table and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday.  There is also a laundry area, including a washing machine, iron, and ironing board in a cupboard under the stairs.

The first of the villa's four bedrooms is situated on this level. Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, and a vanity table. The sliding glass doors lead out to the pool terrace from the living space and the bedroom.

First Floor

The first floor houses two further bedrooms, and the spa area, which features a sauna, and hammam.

Bedroom 2 is a double room. The room has an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 is a triple room with 3 single beds. The room has an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity table, and a wardrobe.

Second/Top Floor

Bedroom 4 is a double room. The room has an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity table, and a wardrobe.

Outdoors 

The outside space of the villa is expansive and very suitable for basking in the sun. The pool terrace features a sizeable swimming pool with Roman steps. Sun loungers, parasols, poolside shower, a pergola-shaded outdoor seating area, a swing seat, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ complete the terrace.

Additional Information

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

The final 300-400 metres of the road to the villa consists of a concrete slope. Therefore, a 4-wheel drive is recommended

The villa's pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of 9000 TL per week
