Villa Larmina features 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring a comfortable experience for guests. The villa also features an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam(Turkish bath), and a table tennis area for entertainment.

The living room, dining area, and kitchen are beautifully designed, featuring nice details and ample space. This creates a warm and welcoming environment that's ideal for spending time with friends and family.

The outdoor terrace features a private swimming pool, along with comfortable sun loungers and parasols, making it a perfect spot to relax in the sun. There's also a table for outdoor dining, a cosy seating area, and a BBQ space so that you can enjoy meals outside under a pergola.

Note: The indoor pool can be heated upon request for an additional daily cost of 1500 TL.

The living room is beautifully decorated with a comfortable couch set, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board, to meet your laundry needs. The sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It contains a dishwasher for easy cleanup, a fridge with a freezer for storing groceries, a microwave for quick meals, and a sandwich maker for making tasty snacks. There's also a kettle for your tea or coffee, an oven and stove for cooking, and a dining table that seats six people. Plus, you'll find all the tools and utensils for cooking and enjoying your meals.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, perfect for relaxation. There are comfy sun loungers and parasols for shade, along with a cosy seating area. You can enjoy meals outside at the dining table, and there's also a stone BBQ for grilling. An attendant also cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean. 

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Access to this property is steep in the final 80-100 metres. Therefore, an SUV vehicle is recommended.
