Villa Yuce 2 is located in the Kordere region of Kalkan, offering a combination of modern design and luxurious amenities. This villa features 3 well-designed bedrooms and 3 shower rooms, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. One of the standout features of Villa Yuce 2 is its breathtaking sea views, which can be enjoyed from various vantage points throughout the property, including the living areas and outdoor spaces. 

The villa has a range of outstanding amenities designed for relaxation and leisure. You can enjoy a sauna, Turkish bath (hammam), an indoor swimming pool (which can be heated for an extra charge), a jacuzzi, and private outdoor pool. The thoughtful layout of the property makes it particularly suitable for secluded families, providing privacy and comfort in a modern setting.

The villa is situated just a short taxi ride of under 10 minutes from the centre of Kalkan, where various restaurants, shops, and beach clubs are available.

Ground Floor

The villa's ground floor features an open-plan layout that maximizes space. This floor comprises the living area, kitchen, and dining area.

The living area features an L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a large wall-mounted smart TV. The sleek kitchen with white colours features the most modern appliances such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, sandwich maker, oven, hob, Turkish coffee machine, dining table and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday.  There is also a laundry area, including a washing machine, iron, and ironing board in a cupboard under the stairs.

The sliding glass doors lead out to the pool terrace from the living space, and kitchen.

Lower Ground Floor

This level is devoted to relaxation and wellbeing, featuring a private spa area with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, traditional hammam, and a couple of sun loungers which is an ideal space to unwind and enjoy a touch of luxury in complete comfort.

First Floor

The first floor houses two bedrooms with private balconies.

Bedroom 1 is a double room. The room has an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity table, and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room. The room has an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity table, and a wardrobe.

Second/Top Floor

Bedroom 3 is a double room. The room has an en-suite shower room, jacuzzi, bedside tables, vanity table, and a wardrobe.

Outdoors

The villa's outdoor area is spacious and ideal for enjoying the sun throughout the day. The pool terrace features a large swimming pool with Roman steps and a separate children's section. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols, a poolside shower, a pergola-shaded seating area, an alfresco dining table, and a BBQ, making it perfect for relaxing.

Additional Information

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

The final 300-400 metres of the road to the villa consists of a concrete slope. Therefore, a 4-wheel drive is recommended

The villa's indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of 9000 TL per week
