Ground Floor

The ground floor features a bright and spacious open-plan living area, a modern kitchen, and the first of the 3 bedrooms; all with spectacular sea views. The living area features an L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering holiday, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, and sandwich maker. A stylish breakfast bar seats 6 guests. Large sliding glass doors open directly from the living area onto the private pool terrace.

Bedroom 1 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The pool terrace can also be accessed from the bedroom. 

First Floor

The first floor contains the remaining bedrooms, and a laundry area.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobes, and a Jacuzzi bath within the room itself. 

Bedroom 3 is a master room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. Through glass sliding doors on the left side of the bedroom, there is an indoor pool(which can be heated at an additional cost), offering incredible vistas. 

Both bedrooms have private sea-faced balconies.

Outdoors

The outdoor area at Villa Zeugma offers plenty of space for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The main feature is the large infinity pool, which includes a dedicated children's pool at one end, making it ideal for families. The sun terrace has 4 sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table that accommodates six people, a swing seat, and a stone BBQ.

Things to Know

The final 600-700 metres of the road leading up to the villa is fairly steep and not asphalt. Therefore, if you are planning to hire a car; an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

The villa's indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of 2000 TL daily
