Ground Floor

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with a lounge, kitchen, and a dining table for 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, sandwich toaster, and all the dinnerware needed for a self catering holiday.

The living room is comfortably furnished with an avant-garde sofa set, a coffee table, and a Smart TV. There is also a sunken seating area in front of the fireplace. A separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available on this floor.

Large doors open directly from the living area onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

All bedrooms are located on the first floor and are accessed via the staircase from the living area.

Bedroom 1: Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 3: Master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and an in room circular jacuzzi.

Outdoors

The outdoor area offers a high level of privacy and features a 13 metre long swimming pool with an integrated children's splash pool. The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a shaded daybed, a comfortable outdoor seating area, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

On one side of the pool, by the BBQ area, there is a games room with table tennis, table football, and a seating area.
