If you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the centre, Villa Retro is a recent addition to our Kalkan secluded villa portfolio for the 2026 season, and offers a peaceful and comfortable retreat in the Kordere area of Kalkan. Set on the hillside above Kalkan Bay, the villa enjoys stunning sea views while remaining just a short drive from the town centre.

Villa Retro accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 well-designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. The interiors are colourful yet tasteful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere without feeling overdone. It is a space where families and friends can relax properly and enjoy spending time together.

One of the villa's highlights is the private infinity pool, positioned to make the most of the sea views. Whether you are starting the day with a quiet swim or unwinding in the late afternoon sun, the setting feels calm and private. The villa also features a heated indoor pool and a sauna, making it a great choice outside the summer months as well. There is also a table tennis table available.

Kalkan town centre can be reached in approximately 5-6 minutes by taxi, and a few local supermarkets are within an 8-10 minute walk from the villa.

Ground Floor

The ground floor offers a bright, open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for 6. Large sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace, allowing easy access to the outdoor space throughout the day. A separate laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Also on this level is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and direct access to the terrace through sliding doors.

First Floor

There are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and in room jacuzzi baths. These rooms are well proportioned and benefit from lovely sea views.

Between these bedrooms is the indoor wellness area, which includes a heated indoor pool and a sauna.

Outdoors

The outdoor terrace is spacious and thoughtfully arranged. The infinity pool features Roman steps for easy access and looks out towards Snake and Mouse Islands. Sun loungers and parasols provide comfortable spaces to relax, and the shaded al fresco dining area seats 6 guests comfortably. There is also a swing seat, BBQ, and table tennis table.

The pool terrace is fully secluded and cannot be seen from outside, making Villa Retro especially suitable for conservative families or guests who value additional privacy.

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change

Indoor pool heating is available at 1,500 TL per day. Please request this at the time of booking or at least one week prior to arrival to ensure the pool reaches the optimal temperature
