A recent addition to our Kalkan sea view villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Max Panora 1 is one of two stylish 3 bedroom villas located in the peaceful Kordere area of Kalkan. The villa offers a nice level of privacy along with beautiful sea and mountain views, making it a great choice for families or groups seeking a relaxing stay away from the busy town centre. The villa is positioned next to Villa Max Panora 2, which makes it suitable for groups looking to stay close to each other.

The property accommodates up to 6 guests and provides a comfortable setting for a private holiday in Kalkan. Kalkan town centre, along with its restaurants, shops, harbour, and beach clubs, can be reached in approximately a 12-13 minute drive.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a spacious open plan living area with a lounge, kitchen, and a dining table for 6 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, sandwich toaster, and all the necessary kitchenware for a self-catering stay.

The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa set, a coffee table, and a Smart TV, creating a relaxed space to unwind. A separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available on this floor.

The first bedroom is also located on this level.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and an in-room jacuzzi.

Large sliding doors open from both the living area and the bedroom onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

The remaining two bedrooms are located on the first floor and are accessed via the staircase from the living area.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and an in-room jacuzzi.

Outdoors

The outdoor area is private and well arranged, featuring an 11 metre long swimming pool with lovely views across the surrounding landscape. The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a comfortable outdoor seating area, and a BBQ, providing an ideal space for relaxing and enjoying outdoor meals.

Additional Information

Given the elevated hillside setting of the Kordere area, we recommend hiring a 4-wheel drive or SUV vehicle for easier access to the villa and the surrounding area

A security deposit of £100 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change
