A recent addition to our Kalkan sea view villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Max Panora 2 is a well designed 3 bedroom villa set in the elevated Kordere area of Kalkan. The villa enjoys open views across the surrounding mountains and out towards the sea, while offering a peaceful setting away from the centre. It accommodates up to 6 guests and is a great option for small groups or families looking for a comfortable holiday in Kalkan. The villa is positioned next to Villa Max Panora 1, which makes it suitable for larger groups wishing to stay close together.

A key feature of Villa Max Panora 2 is the indoor swimming pool, providing a great alternative space to relax and making the villa suitable for stays outside the peak summer months. Kalkan town centre, along with its restaurants, shops, harbour, and beach clubs, is approximately a 12-13 minute drive from the property.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a spacious open plan living area with a lounge, kitchen, and a dining table for 6 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, sandwich toaster, and all the necessary kitchenware for a self-catering stay.

The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa set, a coffee table, and a Smart TV, creating a relaxed space to unwind. A separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available on this floor.

The first bedroom is also located on this level.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Large sliding doors open from both the living area and the bedroom onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

The remaining two bedrooms are located on the first floor and are accessed via the staircase from the living area.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and an in-room jacuzzi.

Outdoors

The outdoor area is private and well arranged, featuring an 11 metre long swimming pool with lovely views. The pool terrace includes sun loungers, parasols, a shaded daybed, a comfortable seating area, and a BBQ. In addition to the outdoor pool, the villa also features an indoor swimming pool.

Additional Information

Indoor pool heating is available at 1,500 TL per week. Please request this at the time of booking or at least one week prior to arrival to ensure the pool reaches the optimal temperature

Given the elevated hillside setting of the Kordere area, we recommend hiring a 4-wheel drive or SUV vehicle for easier access to the villa and the surrounding area

A security deposit of £100 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change
