A recent addition to our luxury and secluded villa collection in Kalkan for the 2026 season, Villa Suebella is an ultra-luxury 3-bedroom villa located in the peaceful Kordere area. Completed in April 2026 on a large plot, the villa has been finished to a high standard using modern furnishings and high-quality materials throughout. It offers generous living space and enjoys stunning sea and mountain views. The villa is also highly suitable for guests seeking a high level of privacy, with very few neighbouring properties thanks to its elevated location.

Villa Suebella accommodates up to 6 guests and features spacious interiors with large, well-designed bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor: a double bedroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a twin bedroom. The third bedroom is a double room on the ground floor, also with a jacuzzi, and it offers direct access to the pool terrace.

The villa is approximately a 10-minute drive from Kalkan town centre and beach clubs. The closest supermarkets and restaurants can be reached within around 5 minutes by car.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a bright living area with a plush sofa set, a coffee table, and a wall mounted Smart TV. Sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace. The fully fitted kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, Turkish and filter coffee machines, and a sandwich toaster. A dining table for 8 guests completes the space, along with all the cookware and tableware required for a self catering stay. There is also a separate laundry area on this floor with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The indoor pool is located on this floor with approximate dimensions of 5m x 5m x 1.3m.

2. Bedroom - First Floor

Twin beds, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, en-suite shower room.

Double bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, en-suite shower room. Access to a private balcony with two chairs and a side table.

Outdoors

The outdoor area offers generous space for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The terrace includes a private infinity swimming pool with Roman steps and a children's section, a poolside shower, sun loungers, and parasols for shade. A pergola shaded seating area, an al fresco dining table, and a stone BBQ with a sink complete the space.

Additional Information

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

Given the elevated hillside setting of the Kordere area, we recommend hiring a 4-wheel drive or SUV vehicle for easier access to the villa and the surrounding area

Indoor pool heating is available and included in the price for stays between 23rd April and 31st May 2026, and between 1st October and 31st December 2026

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change
