A new addition to our secluded and heated pool villa collection in Kalkan for the 2026 season, Villa Rima is located in the Kordere area of Kalkan, approximately a 6-8 minute drive from the town centre. This stylish 1 bedroom villa is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a private and comfortable stay.

The property enjoys beautiful views across Kalkan Bay and the nearby islands. Designed on a single level, the villa features both an outdoor infinity pool and a heated indoor pool, along with a jacuzzi, offering a relaxing setting throughout the year.

Interiors

Villa Rima is arranged on one level and provides everything needed for a self-catering holiday. The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area is bright and spacious, with large sliding glass doors that open onto the pool terrace and frame the sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, and all essential utensils.

The living area includes a comfortable sofa set, a coffee table, and a wall mounted flat-screen TV. A dining table for up to 4 guests is positioned for indoor meals.

The bedroom is a double room with an en-suite shower room, furnished with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. A jacuzzi bath is also located within the bedroom. Sliding glass doors lead through to the indoor pool area, which can be heated at an additional cost. Floor to ceiling glass panels on two sides allow plenty of natural light and offer impressive sea views.

A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available for guest use.

Outdoors

The outdoor area features a private infinity swimming pool that looks out across the sea and surrounding landscape. Steps at one end provide easy access to the pool. The terrace is furnished with 2 sun loungers, a parasol, and a comfortable seating area with a coffee table. There is also an al fresco dining table for 4 and a BBQ, creating a perfect space for relaxing days and outdoor meals.

Additional Information

Indoor pool heating is available at 2,000 TL per day. Please request this at the time of booking or at least one week prior to arrival to ensure the pool reaches the optimal temperature

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change

Access to the property involves a number of steps from the parking area down to the villa, so it may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties
