Villa Magic Life 2 is a new addition to our luxury villa collection for the 2026 season. This spacious, contemporary 4 bedroom villa is located in the Kordere area of Kalkan. The villa features modern interiors, stylish furnishings, and stunning sea views from both the living areas and the outdoor terrace. It accommodates up to 8 guests and is perfect for families or groups seeking a comfortable and private holiday villa. The thoughtfully designed layout provides a high level of privacy, making it particularly suitable for conservative families.

Kalkan town centre, restaurants, shops, and beach clubs are located approximately 5-6 minutes away by car.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a bright open plan living space with large floor-to-ceiling windows that allow plenty of natural light throughout the day. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with a cream sofa set, a coffee table, and a large wall-mounted Smart TV.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, sandwich toaster, and all essential kitchenware. A dining area sits alongside the kitchen, creating a practical and sociable space.

Also on this floor is the first bedroom, a twin room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, and a vanity table. Both the living area and the bedroom have direct access to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors.

First Floor

The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor.

Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity table, and a jacuzzi bath. Access to a private balcony with two chairs and a side table.

Outdoors

The outdoor area is spacious and well arranged, offering a comfortable setting for relaxing by the pool. The terrace features a large private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is also a poolside shower.

A shaded seating area under a pergola, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ area provide the perfect space for outdoor meals and evenings with a view.
