Villa La Mer Azur is located in Kordere district of Kalkan. This villa offers stunning sea views that can be enjoyed from all parts of the property. It's conveniently positioned, just a 6-minute drive away from the old town of Kalkan and the beach clubs. The property has 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and sea views. The master bedroom has a freestanding bathtub, while the other three bedrooms have their own jacuzzi baths.

The inside of Villa La Mer Azur is spacious and modern. There's an extensive living area, kitchen, and dining area that are perfect for relaxing and dining. The outdoor area of the villa is features a swimming pool with a jacuzzi section and a separate section for children. The pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, a shaded outdoor seating area, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. 

Located on the lower level of the villa is a spacious games room equipped with table tennis, a pool table, and table football. To the rear of the property, there is a pleasant lawned garden area along with a dedicated children's play space.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
