Villa Yuce 3 is a modern two bedroom villa located in the peaceful Kordere area of Kalkan. Offering a high level of privacy and beautiful sea views, the villa is ideal for couples or small families looking for a relaxing stay in a quiet area away from the busy town centre. 

The villa features a secluded private pool area that is not overlooked, making it perfect for guests seeking privacy and relaxation. The property accommodates up to four guests and is approximately a 10 minute taxi drive from Kalkan centre, where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, shops, and beach clubs.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a bright and comfortable living area with a sofa seating area, air conditioning, a flat screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Large sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace.

The open-plan American style kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, sandwich toaster, and a dining table. All the utensils and dinnerware needed for a self-catering stay are provided. There is also a separate laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning, a freestanding bathtub, and an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning, and an en-suite shower room.

Outdoors

The pool terrace offers plenty of outdoor space and features a private swimming pool with Roman steps. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and a shaded al fresco dining area with a BBQ, making it perfect for outdoor dining and relaxed evenings by the pool.

Additional Information

Villa Yuce 3 is located next to Villa Yuce 1 and Villa Yuce 2. The villas can be rented together, subject to availability, making them ideal for larger families or groups who wish to stay close to each other in neighbouring properties. When rented together, the total capacity is up to 19 guests

Pool heating is available at 9,000 TL per week. Please request this at the time of booking or at least one week prior to arrival to ensure the pool reaches the optimal temperature

A security deposit of £100 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change

The final 300-400 metres of the road to the villa consists of a concrete slope. Therefore, a 4-wheel drive is recommended
