We are delighted to introduce Villa Esra to our luxury villa collection for the 2026 season. Villa Esra is one of four impressive contemporary properties, ideally positioned above the harbour road in a highly sought-after location.

Completed in 2022, these stylish villas offer luxurious accommodation for up to 6 guests across 3 beautifully designed bedrooms. Each villa has been carefully designed to maximise the stunning sea views and features a private infinity swimming pool with an integrated Jacuzzi.

The villas are ideally located just a 10-12 minute walk from the harbour, the Old Town, and several popular beach clubs, including Indigo, Cakil, Yalı, and Likya Gardens. Access to the property is via the road where the Kalkan Regency Hotel is situated, and it benefits from a private garage with steps leading down to the main entrance.

Ground Floor

The ground floor offers a beautifully designed open-plan living area, finished in warm neutral tones, soft greys, and natural light wood, creating a welcoming yet contemporary atmosphere. This stylish space incorporates a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining area, ideal for all guests to dine together in comfort.

The lounge area is furnished with a large, comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a wall mounted flat-screen TV, providing an inviting setting for relaxation. Three sets of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors span the living area, flooding the space with natural light and framing stunning views across Kalkan Bay.

Bedroom 1 is a twin bedroom, furnished with bedside tables, a vanity area, wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room. The sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace, offering beautiful views across the bay.

First Floor

Bedroom 2 is a bright and spacious double bedroom featuring bedside tables, a vanity area, wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room. The sliding glass doors lead onto a private balcony with uninterrupted sea views.

Bedroom 3 is another elegant double bedroom, furnished with bedside tables, a vanity area, wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room. The sliding doors open onto a sea view balcony with stunning sea views.

Outdoors

The expansive terrace stretches along the front of the villa, overlooking the bay and offering multiple areas for relaxation and outdoor living. To the side of the property, conveniently positioned near the kitchen, is a shaded pergola with an al fresco dining area and BBQ. At the front of the terrace, a comfortable cushioned seating area with a parasol provides an ideal spot to unwind while taking in the panoramic views. The private infinity swimming pool is generously sized, with sun loungers and parasols provided for guests to relax and soak up the sunshine after a refreshing swim.

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £300 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
