A new addition to our central Kalkan collection for the 2026 season, Villa Bella is a 5 bedroom property that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. It sits right in the heart of Kalkan, directly opposite the weekly market area. This makes it incredibly easy to get to the supermarkets, shops, and local restaurants without needing a taxi. The harbour and nearby beach clubs are also just a short 10 minute walk away.

Set over three floors, the villa enjoys pleasant views across Kalkan and out towards the sea. The rooftop terrace offers a relaxing space, complete with an open air jacuzzi where guests can unwind while taking in the views. For added entertainment, the villa also features table tennis and table football, making it ideal for families or groups.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a comfortable living area with a sofa set, a coffee table, and a Smart TV. Sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, water cooler, and sandwich toaster. A dining table for 10 guests completes the space, along with all the cookware and tableware required for a self-catering stay. There is also a guest WC on this level.

Outdoors

The patio terrace has plenty of room for everyone to relax. It consists of a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and parasols. Table tennis and table football offer additional entertainment. A shaded seating area, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ complete the terrace, creating a perfect setting for outdoor meals and evenings together.

Villa Bella is situated between Villa Gulay and Villa Kamile Sultan, making these properties an ideal choice for larger groups who wish to stay close together. Subject to availability, these three villas can be booked at the same time to accommodate a total capacity of up to 30 guests.

Additional Information

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change
