Villa Pearl is located in the center of Kalkan, providing a combination of convenience and natural beauty. This rather stunning villa is just a 3-minute stroll from the Old Town, where you'll find a lovely selection of restaurants, shops, bars, and the harbour. It's also incredibly handy, being just a 3-minute walk to CarrefourSa, the nearest supermarket. 

Recently upgraded to the highest standard, this amazing villa features 4 beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, and It offers beautiful sea views from the balconies. The interior is designed with elegance, featuring a sytlish living room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The outdoor area has a pool terrace with a private swimming pool, suitable for both swimming and relaxation.

1. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. The sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table.

The living room has two sofas, a pouffe, a walnut coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board under the stairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, toaster, and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay. There is also a dining table for 8 within the kitchen.

Terrace and Pool

The sun terrace features a private swimming pool, 8 sun loungers, parasols, a pergola-shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
