A new addition to our central Kalkan collection for the 2026 season, Villa Seray is a modern 3-bedroom villa located on Kalamar Road in central Kalkan, close to Saray Suites and Rhapsody Hotel. The location is highly convenient, with Migros and Macro Center supermarkets just a 30 second walk away. Moc Coffee, Johnny's Cafe Bar, and The One Restaurant are also all within very easy walking distance.

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Villa Seray features modern interiors, a private swimming pool, and plenty of outdoor seating and sunbathing areas.

Although the building itself is arranged over multiple levels, the accommodation belonging to Villa Seray is located on the ground floor and lower ground floor. The ground floor also serves as the main pool level.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features an open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The lounge includes comfortable seating, a coffee table, and a Smart TV, with sliding doors opening directly onto the pool terrace and al fresco dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Turkish and filter coffee machines, and a water cooler. A breakfast bar with 4 stools and a dining table for 6 guests are positioned within the same space. A guest WC and separate laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also located on this level.

There are 2 double bedrooms on this floor, both featuring en suite shower rooms, wardrobes, vanity areas and air conditioning.

Lower Ground Floor

The third bedroom is located on this floor and is accessed externally via stairs from the pool terrace. This bedroom features a double bed, en-suite shower room, wardrobe, vanity table, a small kitchenette and air conditioning.

Outside the room, there is a seating area with two chairs, a table, and a swing chair.

Outdoors

The outdoor area has a private swimming pool surrounded by 6 sun loungers, parasols for shade, and a covered outdoor seating as well.

Adjacent to the kitchen and bedroom access area is a large L-shaped outdoor seating area, together with an al fresco dining table and BBQ.

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
