Villa Ayser is a spacious 5 bedroom villa perfectly positioned above the Oasis Hotel in central Kalkan. The villa is just a 10 minute walk from the old town, harbour, shops and restaurants, offering easy access to everything Kalkan has to offer. Guests staying at the villa may also make use of the Oasis Hotel's facilities - restaurant and spa - subject to availability and at an additional charge.

The villa features a private swimming pool and ample terrace space, while the first and second floor bedrooms open onto balconies with pleasant sea views. Villa Ayser provides a comfortable and practical setting for families or groups, combining central location with independent accommodation and outdoor living.

Lower Ground Floor

This level feels more like a one bedroom apartment and includes a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, along with a separate kitchen and dining area. It has its own external entrance, independent from the main house, providing extra privacy for couples or guests seeking a quieter space. But it may not be suitable for unsupervised young children.

Ground Floor

The main entrance opens into a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. A separate TV room provides an additional relaxation space, and a guest cloakroom is also located on this floor. Doors open directly on to the pool terrace.

First Floor

Two double bedrooms are situated on this level, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Both rooms open on to a wide balcony stretching across the front of the villa, offering pleasant sea and town views.

Second/Top Floor

The top floor accommodates two further bedrooms, which share a spacious bathroom featuring a freestanding soaking tub positioned to take advantage of the views. There is even a roof terrace with sea views accessed directly from this bathroom, offering a private spot to enjoy the surroundings.

Outdoors

The villa features a private swimming pool with a sunken swim up bar and submerged seating. A shaded dining terrace with BBQ and comfortable outdoor seating surround the pool and garden, where you can enjoy your day outdoors.

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

The lower ground floor bedroom has a private external entrance and is separately accessed from the main part of the house, so it may not be ideal for young children

A security deposit of £500 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
