A recent addition to our central Kalkan villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Royale is set in a quiet residential area close to the Likya Residence and Regency hotels, within easy walking distance of Kalkan harbour. The restaurants, shops, and beach clubs in Kalkan town centre can be reached in around 8-10 minutes on foot.

The villa sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and enjoys views across Kalkan Bay. The interior features an open-plan living space with lounge, dining area, and kitchen, opening onto the pool terrace through large sliding doors.

Outside, there is a private infinity pool and a spacious terrace with sun loungers and parasols. A table tennis table is also available. A shaded al fresco dining area with a BBQ provides a comfortable space for outdoor meals.

Ground Floor

The ground floor includes the main living space with comfortable seating, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Large glass doors lead out to the pool terrace.

This level also has a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and direct access to the terrace. A separate cloakroom is located on this floor.

First Floor

This floor contains two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and private balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay. One of the rooms features a vaulted ceiling which adds extra character to the space.

Outdoors

The outdoor area centres around the private infinity pool, which looks out across Kalkan Bay. The surrounding terrace offers plenty of space for relaxing in the sun and includes comfortable loungers and parasols.

A shaded pergola dining area provides a pleasant space for outdoor meals. The villa is surrounded by mature gardens and olive trees, creating a peaceful setting while still being a short walk from Kalkan harbour and nearby beach clubs.

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
