Villa Sarafin is a well presented semi-detached villa located close to the Regency Hotel in Kalkan. Set within easy reach of the town centre, the property offers a convenient yet relaxed setting, with Kalkan's restaurants, shops, and harbour just a 10-15 minute walk away.

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and enjoys attractive sea views from various areas of the property. Both the interior and exterior spaces are designed with comfort in mind, creating a welcoming environment for families or groups. Villa Sarafin offers generously sized private swimming pool and spacious terrace, providing plenty of room for sunbathing, outdoor dining, and relaxing throughout the day.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is arranged as a bright and practical living space. The lounge area includes a comfortable sofa set, coffee table, and a flat-screen TV, with sliding doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, water cooler, and sandwich toaster. A dining table for 6 guests is positioned within the same space, along with all the necessary cookware and tableware. There is also a separate laundry area on this floor, which includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Double bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, and vanity table. Access to a private balcony with two chairs and a side table.

2. Bedroom - First Floor

Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a shower room on this floor, located in the hallway.

3. Bedroom - Second Floor

Double bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, en-suite shower room. Access to a private balcony with two chairs and a side table.

4. Bedroom - Third/top Floor

Double bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, en-suite shower room. Access to the  roof terrace, furnished with a table and chairs.

Outdoors

The patio terrace offers plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. It features a private swimming pool with Roman steps, 8 sun loungers, and parasols for shade. A pergola shaded al fresco dining area and a stone BBQ complete the outdoor space.

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
