A recent addition to our budget-friendly Kalkan villa collection, Villa Denizkizi D forms part of the Baysal Villas collection in Kisla, Kalkan, with neighbouring villas located side by side. This three-storey, 4-bedroom villa offers a private pool, extensive indoor and outdoor spaces, and an al fresco BBQ area. 

It is budget-friendly and only a 20 minute walk from Kalkan town centre, while Tempa Market and Mahal Beach Club are within walking distance. Villa Denizkizi D is ideal for families or groups who want privacy while staying close to local amenities.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a comfortable seating area with a coffee table and TV. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, sandwich maker, hob, oven, fridge freezer, and water cooler. A high chair and full dinnerware are provided for self-catering stays. There is a guest WC for convenience. A laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available. The sliding glass doors open onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms are located on the first floor. Each has a private balcony with seating for two and a table.

Second/Top Floor

This floor has two twin bedrooms sharing a shower room across the hallway. Both rooms have terrace access.

Outdoors

The villa has a private pool with sun loungers and parasols. A spacious patio terrace provides room for relaxing or entertaining. The al fresco dining area with BBQ is ideal for outdoor meals. Subtle lighting and plants create a comfortable atmosphere for day and evening use.

Villa Denizkizi D can be rented together with Villa Atlantis A (4-bedroom), Villa Bergamot B (4-bedroom), Villa Cemile C (4-bedroom), and Villa Eylem E (4-bedroom), ideal for large families or groups looking to stay close while keeping their private spaces, subject to availability.

A security deposit of £100 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
